I strongly advise against purchasing…

I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
I ordered a water heater through Leroy Merlin Marketplace, expecting professional service and timely delivery. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. From the very beginning there were issues with the order, and the promised delivery date was not respected. Even worse, for an extended period nobody could provide clear information about where my shipment was or when it would actually arrive.
As a customer, I expected simple answers and honest communication. Instead, I received vague responses and repeated assurances that did nothing to resolve the situation. What I found particularly interesting is that the shipment was suddenly “found” only after I informed the seller that, if I continued receiving no concrete information, I would refuse delivery and demand a full refund. For days nobody seemed to know where the order was, and then suddenly everything was supposedly under control. It is difficult not to notice the timing.
The seller also attempted to justify the delay with internal organizational and delivery issues. As a customer, I do not believe I should be concerned with a company's internal logistics problems. If a specific delivery timeframe is advertised at the time of purchase, it should be respected. If that is not possible, customers should be informed honestly and in advance, rather than being left to chase updates themselves.
The quality of communication was equally disappointing. During our correspondence, the seller chose to comment on a mistakenly attached image instead of focusing on the actual issue: a missing shipment and a delayed order. Such remarks may seem amusing to the person writing them, but from a customer's perspective they demonstrate a lack of professionalism. Sarcasm is not a solution to logistical problems and certainly has no place in customer service.
I never expected that in 2026 I would have to personally investigate the whereabouts of a fully paid order, repeatedly request updates, and only learn that the shipment had been located after mentioning my intention to refuse delivery and request a refund. Situations like this should not occur in a company that wishes to be regarded as reliable and customer-oriented.
This entire experience cost me a significant amount of time, frustration, and unnecessary stress. My trust in this company has been completely lost. I have no intention of purchasing from them again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to other customers.
If you value timely delivery, professional communication, and respect for customers, I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before purchasing from this seller.

The product that I received looks similar to the version that was presented in their official pictures and videos on their official website. But the texture and firmness are different. The one I received is very soft with absolutely no support and my mother totally sinks into the cushion and slides down in a dangerous position.

The product is a total fake knock-off!!!Buyers beware, I would warn!!!

Produkten jag fick ser ut som versionen som visades på de officiella bilderna och videorna på deras officiella hemsida. Men texturen och fastheten är annorlunda. Den jag fick är väldigt mjuk med absolut inget stöd, och min mamma sjunker helt ner i kudden och glider ner i en farlig position.
Produkten är en total kopia!!! Köpare se upp, jag varnar er!!!

The product is better avoided

The product is average, not very comfortable and ugly to look at. But even worse the service is dreadful. The memory foam tore after only a few months and when i complained and sent pictures they said that it was only guaranteed for 3 months- despite their claim that theat they are built to last. I would avoid this company

The cushion arrived today

The cushion arrived today.
Seems ok but time will tell.
I only gave it 3 stars because of silly delivery time, it took 11 days to arrive from China which seems unnecessarily excessive .

Tedious refund process

Tedious refund process - claiming hassle free refund but the buyer need to bear the shipping fee. It needs to be sent back to Sweden hence a tedious custom process to go through

I never received the cushion

I never received the cushion. The first time it was sent back to sender without being delivered. I asked for redelivery but again it has been sent back to sender. I asked for a refund, but they told me to contact the courier. I don’t know why as the parcel should be back with Nordic Comforts.

At first I thought looks really thin…

At first I thought looks really thin for the promise is gave on the website. Only had it 6 weeks and its already lost its bounce / cushioning.

Sit on it for 8 hours a day, getting up every hour for 5 minutes or so, so not all day compression on the cushion.

I would avoid, especially at the price point.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, not a legit business. Asked for refund after told I had to accept pkg first then refund. Tried to negotiate 30% refund keep items, then 50% refund keep items. Said no wanted full refund told I would have to ship items back to China at my expense. Then it was crickets, and trying to get my cc to get my money. They should be shut down.

Nordic Comfort Cushion Scam

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered a cushion from Nordic Comforts. The cushion was order 24 days ago and still has not arrived. I was informed that it was in its way. The tracking states it was returned to origin on two occasions but I don’t believe it ever left. Now that I’ve asked for a refund they are ignoring my emails. I feel stupid it’s the second time I’ve been scammed by the dishonest Chinese

Terrible customer service - I would not trust this company. Original order was 'lost' by Evri, even though it was initially out for delivery a few weeks ago. Nordic Comforts said they would send a replacement order, but I've received nothing - no follow up, no tracking details, no order. I've asked for a refund, but can't get a reply.

Was not impressed with cushions

Was not impressed with cushions. Per their no stress,no hassle, 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I want to return them for a full refund. You can only deal with company thru email. Offered a a partial refund and keep product. I requested full refund instructions, was told would have to return product to Sweden and pay shipping. Product originated in Texas. Why? This is not per their stated policy.

Mediocre at best

Mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money. Sorry I was taken in by the hype. Don't waste your money. Also ignore the 4-8 day delivery. It too two weeks to arrive and looked like it had been wrapped up by a toddler.

Life Saver on Longhaul Flight

I had been suffering from sciatic for months, being treated by a chiropractor when I saw this product. I received the seat cushion and lumbar support over a month ago, it did take a wee while to arrive.
The difference it's made to my pain is incredible.

I have just used it on two long haul flights (fitted inside my carry on luggage). UK - Mexico and UK - Dubai. The flights would have been very different without this support.

Personally I would recommend these products, they have really helped me.
