Nordic stretch allows more freedom and mobility in your workouts.

This company just continuously lie. Delivery is shown as 5-10 days, what they actually mean is 5-10 weeks. I ordered in June and my order never arrived, Customer Service staff are rude and refused to give a refund after non delivery. I had to go through PayPal and got a full refund from them without any problems.

Once ordered and read reviews was skeptical. But the stick is the revised model with larger ends. A hard copy of routines would of been more suitable but easy steps to follow on the ebook. Well worth the investment and a bargain with the discount. Im improving every day.

I love how Nordic Stretch gives me the stability and confidence to stretch beyond the typical range. I use it daily and has made a tremendous impact on my overall wellbeing.

Great for stability with stretching and gaining mobility. The design of the Nordic Stretch allows one to become more flexible and make gains and improve your range. Allows improves one’s balance as well. Don’t waste precious time thinking about it, just get it and start. I will note shipping is free and took a while to receive.

With this well built and solid stick (physically it is impeccable) there is no proper introductory video. Only PDF guide. So I don’t really know how to use. Been relying on other companies’ videos. En up not using it to its full potential.

The poles are great - 5/5. We got 3 total and the whole family loves them, including 2 250lbs guys.

The multifunction training system is a joke. 0/5. It has a completely different set up than described, no foot holders, and is very noisy. I only had a few days to get a refund after delivery due to the long shipping time and missed it.

It is a great product and program, just 10 minutes a day and it has made a huge difference for me. Just need to stick with it.

Its a new approach of stetching...great fun

The Nordic Stick helps me keep my balance as I perform their stretch routine. I couldn't perform these stretches without its support. It allows me to move into a variety of positions and hold them that I otherwise couldn't.

Solid tool no complaints, wish the books were actual books. The videos are hard to access the website a little bit annoying but good product.

Works as advertised, takes a while to learn how to use the leverage it provides

The Stick works well on my 59 year old back. Stiffness after surgery is - slowly - starting to loosen up. Feels great. Since the stick is easy to disassemble and bring along on business trips and weekends it seems like the daily routine ( which is non-negotiable) is easy to follow.

The stick is great at supporting body weight to enable accurate positioning when stretching, which helps with my poor balance & muscle weakness due to fibromyalgia. I was concerned that the price was a bit high at first, but the stick is certainly built to last. It did take a while to arrive but that is ok. Good support from CS since getting it.

Perfect tool for doing mobility strenching

As you age balance and stretching tends to become a problem, especially if you have very sensitive knees. The nordicstretch helps with the balance and also gives you assistance to change your stretching positions.

The Nordickstretch stick is a work of art. I was apprehensive at first and I was foolish to think that given how easy it is to work with. You start of slow and they build you along the way and in a very short couple of weeks I feel like a new man. The stick is built to last. Jacob did a beautiful job with the design. The only criticism I could think of is he needs to write Nordicstretch.com on the stick so people know where to get one of their own. I never thought a stick would be such a good companion and I plan to work out with it for years to come.

Absolute scam of a company. Website states 3-5 days to ship and 5-10 days to deliver.
I'm now on day 12 and it hasn't even shipped. Contacted them through their page for an update on the shipping 4 days in with a response it will ship soon as a priority. No replies to emails since.

Awful, awful company and im under no illusion the mobility stick would be junk even if it did ever turn up.

Oh, to top it all off, I found out that all of the images on their website are AI rip offs of another mobility stretch stick company.

Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!
