Not Possible to return and you pay fragt to good origin :(
Before buy anything from them consider these two points:
1) The boss of the business says that he only show all pictures in the website for illustration.Even he has a rights to say showing 3 pieces of the product irrespective of selling one pieces.
2) Returning the product to them cost hell expansive because you have to pay shipping the product to denmark as well as shipping the product to germany or china where ever the product comes from.
Now my story:
I have ordered AfG WV244 from website,it was ordered on 13th April and expected to deliver with in 2-4 working days ,confirmed with them before order.After ordered i have to call few times to get it done and delivered to me after 3 weeks.
When the good received i realised its not what i seen on the internet.had a discussion with them on phone but no help.its very rude and behaving like the boss of the world.He is completely using the name for mislead customers and asking others to get cheated.Website clearly shows that its 3 pieces but he claims that its one.Attached pictures and please decide before you buy.Better to buy from cateringinventar.dk or any one else.
