Super satisfied

Usually when I order something online and it doesn't fit my criteria they don't come with a solution. Usually it's only beneficial for the retailer and never for the customer. But here it was totally different. My shoes were too big and it was about the last few in stock and on sale so they were about the quit selling this one. They proposed me a free pair in correct size. I never had such a nice gesture from a company. I've had a chat with the owner himself, very nice and helpfull guy. Putting his heart in the business

Good pricing and quality

The prices are good and the clothing is very good quality bought a pants and got it a couple of years. Every time I've needed to do an exchange or return there was no questions asked the customer service is outstanding. As long as the clothing isn't worn and the tags are still on they will give you an exchange or refund. My problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction

I once bought a jacket in Amsterdam and…

I once bought a jacket in Amsterdam and it was superior quality. Unfortunately I tried to purchase something like that again but it was not possible. Since this year they expanded their service to Canada and I'm so happy with that.

Very experienced people at Nordstride

Purchased the trailease, it was a bit tight in the beginning so i thought they were to small. customer support advised me it takes some time for the shoe to adapt around the shoe, about 10 days later and it was perfect, she was right. Eventually super happy with it

Ghosted

BEWARE: I got ghosted when I asked for a refund/exchange. Their website says "if you are not completely satisfied... etc etc." They responded to say it was possible but then ghosted me when I wanted to do it.
UPDATE: After their Trustpilot response below, I wrote to them again... twice... and still got no reply.

My delivery got lost

My delivery got lost, a bit back and forth with there email lady. Eventuelly they did a second delivery and i got it delivered. product was fine

Ordered an US size 11 orthopedic shoe ... NO WAY is it an 11!

Ordered an US size 11 orthopedic shoe from Nordstride. Not cheap but not expensive ... about $80 Canadian. I am having to change my type of shoe do to mobility issues. The shoes were delayed four times ... I received update messages with tracking. They finally arrived wrapped in a plastic mailer bag. They were undamaged and looked good when I removed them from the bag. I had order a "WIDE" width as that is my normal size. Immediately, I saw they looked very small. Very narrow. I tried to slip my foot into them ... I was only able to get them on up to my instep. These might be a size 8? I had my friend try to put them on, as he is a size 11 as well. No luck. I tried to contact the company through their contact link. It states they will return my message within twelve hours. It has now been several days, but I did receive a message back. It gave me the options ... to get another size but I would have to pay shipping ... but how would I be able to choose a size when obviously they are sized incorrectly. They said I could keep them and they would give me 10% back. What good is that ... I can't wear the shoes. Or, I can return them to the shipping warehouse here in Canada .... but I would have to pay shipping and pay for tracking as they don't give refunds until they track the package back to their wearhouse. One of the reasons I purcased these is that the ad states free returns.
Not happy with the service or the product. LIke others have said, these shoes are not branded. There is no size stamped into the sole of the shoes. There is a small tag inside that has been sewn into an inside seam ..... it was hard to find.
Do not purchase from this company. I have read extensive reviews ... all sound awful.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Don't be fooled by their website claiming easy returns and good communication. After contacting them four times on their website maiI form I gave up. The shoes themselves seem decent but are unbranded... are they from a "secret shift" at the factory?
