Is een dropshipper, houdt zich niet aan de consumentenrechten. Apparaten doen absoluut niet wat ze op de website beloven. Terugsturen moet de klant zelf betalen en ze moeten de producten dan naar China sturen. Dat het een chinees bedrijf is blijkt nergens uit en er wordt niet voor gewaarschuwd.
Hun motto lijkt “niet goed” geld kwijt.

I have placed the order for the Norevia vibration platform, 169 euro, on the 22nd of July 2026 at midnight.
I have asked to cancel the order within 2 hours after payment. Tge next day i have received the answer that it was not possible because it was already sent….
On the 1st of July (after one week!) i have received the track and trace link for dhl Germany.
I have asked to cancel it again, or reroute it to return address in Germany!
I received again and again silly answers - “ just try it”.
Today the 13th of July, 2 weeks later! - the link for track and trace is still not recognizing the shipment number!
On the website they mention the return address in Germany, and i will need to pay the return shipping costs of 35-40 euros!!!!
Please kindly explain:
What kind of service it is?
Where is the platform?
Why I need to pay return shipping costs?
Why I need to try it when I have kindly explain to you that it was misunderstanding with my husband (he has ordered me another one, which I have received in 2days!) snd i have cancel the order within 2 hours of the payment?

1 ster is nog teveel ! Hopeloze firma die u beschadigde artikelen verstuurd. Ze houden u aan het lijntje als je een retour wenst zoals wettelijk is toegestaan. Zeker NIET bestellen bij deze prullenfirma! Dit bedrijf zou opgedoekt moeten worden door de instanties!
Oplichters ,dropshipping met woekerwinsten.geen mogelijkheid om te annuleren of te retourneren.
Een bestelling gedaan navigatie voor de vrachtwagen werkt niet kan hem niet instellen willen ze 8%vergoeden ik ben nog goedkoper uit om hem terug te sturen moet die naar China krijg gewoon geen retouradres iedere keer weer een andere smoes nooit meer iets bestellen hebben. Op de site staan dat je 14 dagen de tijd hebt naar een Duits adres maar niet dat het naar China moet ga hier niet mee akkoord

Ich habe mir eine Erdungsmatte bestellt. Es ist nichts eingetroffen mit dem was geworben wird. Zurückschicken ist nur mit großem Aufwand möglich. Ware muss nach China geschickt werden. Zoll muss beim Zurückschicken bezahlt werden so dass es sich nicht rentiert.
...eigentlich 1 Stern ist zu viel. Vorsicht !! Vorsicht !! NIX bestellen.
