Easy to order, delivered next day with good tracking info. Part of the order was a small container of adhesive which had leaked but only into the packaging, not much lost so happy with order as usual.... Ver más

Prompt efficient service with good aftersales
The goods were dispatched immediately and arrived within a few days from order - the whole way from Norfolk to Shetland - which was very fast indeed for heavy shipped goods. There was a small breakage to one component part but, within the space of two phone calls on the same afternoon, a replacement part and suitable delivery arrangements were made. The aftersales care is second to none in my opinion. There was no quibbling and everything was sorted to my satisfaction. I would have no qualms about recommending Norfolk Saw Services to any potential customers.

Excellent service and speed of delivery
Completed my order via an excellent website, had conformation of my order and shipping details the following morning. I have only used one of my 2 Bandsaw blades so far and it it night and day better than the stock blade on my new Record Power Sabre 300.

Delivery was late and blades were not in bags, the first time I have ever received blades like that. Delivery was left on the drive. If it had rained I would have three rusty bandsaw blades.

Thankyou for your review, Im sorry our courier was unable to deliver your blades on time. We have never used bags for bandsaw blades before which helps to keep the costs down, your feedback has been noted.
