In 2020 we set out to create one of England’s finest native rums, infused with the spirit of Norfolk. It needed to be accessible, smooth and sippable, enough to stir new passions. Norfolk Rum is entirely produced in England, triple-distilled in copper alembics, using only the finest botanicals and pure molasses.

Thanks Beth...to give customers some Christmassy ideas we made a non-egg nog featuring our Dark Spice rum, the recipy of which is on our website...over the weekend someone asked what it would taste like if we added our coffee Liqueur to it...boy did it work...it was delicious...Happy Christmas
