Northdown Home Solutions Ltd = Unreliable and Fraudulent
Northdown Home Solutions Ltd is made up of what seems to be a father & son team defrauding people of their money. Al asks you to pay at least 50% upfront for any job & the first few times, he gets things done to earn your trust. Then you start to notice that he employs fraudulent ways & lies to get more money out of you. He'd lie about work that isn't needed and pressure you to do it, saying that you must do it immediatley to avoid big damages. All a lie. You pay him to do a certain type of work and then you will discover that he has not done it or that he has used a completely different and very inferior type of materials to do it after making you pay him for the highest quality work. He owes me & a group of people a lot of money. I am pursuing a county court action against him, his son and his company to recover my money and will collaborate with other people he defrauded to report his fraud to the police. Al is a very slippery character. STAY AWAY from his company and from him!
Updating my review to respond to Al Goldman: You have spewed a pack of lies and the person you accused of painting over mould will sue you because no such thing occurred. You threaten to sue me for defamation and libel? Go ahead and sue me if you dare! I paid you a lot of money while you used tricks to do as little as possible. Remember the ceiling insulation that I paid you for and you brought it and then quietly took it away again? I only discovered by chance that you boarded up the ceiling without installing it. You claimed it was an error, but you know it wasn't. The £1000 I paid you for flooring you never did; you attempted to use soft wood coving in place of the gypsum plaster that I paid you for and I only discovered it by chance because after the fiasco of the insulation, I started paying more attention to what you were doing. Remember the £2000 I paid you for the ceiling you didn't finish and you later agreed to refund it in recognition of the additional damage you had done to my ceiling after using unqualified methods. The £750 deposit I paid you for work you abandoned when I refused your attempts to extort more money from me. Now you accuse me falsely of covering up mold?! I am the one who will sue you for defamation and the tradesman who did the job will join me to sue you! You are now ready to respond to my messages?! I wrote you several letters of complaint, which you refused to even acknowledge. I will be escalating it to the county court within the next few days if you do not refund all the money you owe me!
For your lies about me renting to vulnerable families and the council taking me to court, I will sue you for defamation. So, see you in court! You're a fraud who pretends to assist, while quietly extorting money. I honestly thought you were a good and honest person only to discover that you're not to be trusted. Refund my money and stop your lies against me! Others have also begun to review you and to tell the truth about your dealings. Mine was certainly not the first and will not be the last. See you in court!
To further update this review, Al, again stop your lies! I always paid you promptly & on time. You always demanded at least 50% upfront before starting any work. I have all the bank statements & payments I made to you. My letters are with your solicitors and they will respond? How interesting! I await their response. You will hear from me when you receive the summons from court. I'm done with writing you emails & letters that you ignore. Your lies about my rental properties & who I rent to will be revealed. The people you took money from will also be in court, except you sneak now to quickly pay them & cover your backside. Pay me my money. I have nothing else to write about to you in emails. You already have my letters including the last letter before a court action that I sent you in earlier this month. As I stated in that letter, my next action is going to be a county court summons. Expect to receive that within the next few days as well as other appropriate actions to get my money back from you. You claimed to that you have "...... done several work for you that felt dirty snd didn’t charge you...." I don't know what you mean by that or what you are trying to insinuate. You did property repairs & renovations that I paid you for fully. You pretended to do some without charging, while in reality, you were bumping up costs in some other job. I have your quote for a £5,000 roof job that you kept pressuring me to do in order to avoid "bigger issues" & claiming to want to "help" me. That job was another of your attempts to create an inexistent problem to be resolved at high cost. What was actually needed was just a few repairs & cleaning of the gutters & that was done by an honest person for £425. There was no need for a fibre glass roof at all!
There are so many lies you wrote here that I see no need to continue to respond to. You're a truly unpleasant person!
