We wanted to replace an old 14 flight, straight staircase with a modern oak one. What Northern Joinery made and installed for us far exceeded our expectations.
Right from the start the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to navigate the options. We had two visits to measure and recheck measurements before we had a quote. They even knocked up a sample banister section to show us what one of the options would look like.
Installation was over two days. The team were very professional and did a fantastic job and left no mess.
Overall the whole experience was great, I would recommend them.
