Great Plants & Affordable
I recently purchased a Saskatoon Serviceberry from Northern Ridge Nursery and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The plant arrived in perfect condition and was carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. The plant has already started to grow and is showing signs of healthy, vibrant leaves. I love the unique beauty of the Saskatoon Serviceberry, and it adds a lovely touch to my garden. The customer service at Northern Ridge Nursery was also excellent - they answered all of my questions and provided helpful advice on caring for my new plant. Overall, I highly recommend Northern Ridge Nursery for their quality plants and exceptional customer service.
I was skeptical at first because of reviews about shipping lengths and customer support. They did not respond immediately but when they did, they were more than helpful! As far as shipping they clearly state that they ship during 2 seasons and your plant arrives when it is safe to be planted in the USDA Zone. Pretty cool service.

Problems with NRN contact BBB....
Placed two separate orders from Northern Ridge Nursery over the last couple of years, never to receive anything from them. The first order was in the spring of 2020, thinking that maybe the COVID shutdowns might have had an effect on their ability to ship. Again this year I placed an order (2022), never to have that order filled either. Both orders were disputed and money recovered (via Paypal). However there are many active disputes over this outfits inability to ship products, supply viable healthy plants/trees, or returns/exchanges for bad products received from them on the BBB website. I'd encourage everyone who's having issues disputing with Northern Ridge Nursery to contact the BBB and file a complaint. The BBB will ensure that your problem is resolved fairly and accurately with the proper evidence provided.
