Northgate Billingham
Northgate Billingham- Lee, Katy, Hayley & Jess are all absolutely fantastic at what they do! They helped us through the whole process and kept us up to date at all stages. They even helped with our onward purchase. We couldn't have done it without them. They were always on hand to answer any questions and when i needed to speak to somebody it was easy to contact them. Thank you again for everything :-) We will definitely recommend Northgate to everyone we know!

Northgate estate agents. Don't deal with them as they scam people by adding tenent into what app Group and you loose all your evidences which you have sended them and they even not recognise you after you finished your tenancy. Always use email. I lost most of my deposit as I use what's app to send them the evidences which I lost.

We must respectfully disagree with the content of your recent review, which we believe to be both unfair and inaccurate.
You recently vacated a property that you rented through our agency. Following your departure, a full check-out inspection was conducted. The landlord subsequently reviewed the report and identified certain issues, including damages and cleaning requirements, that did not meet the expected standard.
You contacted our office to dispute the landlord’s claim against your deposit. You were duly advised that, in order to proceed, the proper course of action was to follow the official dispute resolution process through the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), with whom your deposit was protected.
Our agency submitted the necessary documentation and evidence to the DPS in line with the landlord’s claims. The final decision regarding the deposit was made independently by the Deposit Protection Service after a thorough review of all submitted materials, including the check-in inventory and the condition of the property at check-out. This decision was not determined by Northgate Estate Agents or the landlord, but solely by the DPS.
We trust that this clarifies the matter and helps you to understand why your 1-star review and accompanying comments do not accurately reflect the facts of this situation.

After using an Estate Agent previously that only employed one member of staff and Management refused to install an answering machine i decided to go with Northgate Estate Agents as myself and partner always had a good feeling about this place - friendly , well staffed , very pleasant and the added bonus was a little doggy that came to greet us when we came in.
Anyway Jess and the gang sold the house within 3 months of me putting it with them ie sold , contracts signed etc etc - SUPERFAST HASSLE FREE SERVICE , they even did all the viewings for me as well - saved me time and inconvenience - superb.
Unlike other Estate Agents who seem like Vultures not to be trusted Northgates is a truly bespoke and unique take on Estate Agents - i could not recommend this place enough and i think the money it cost was well worth it to get such an absolute first rate service - COMPLIMENTS TO ALL THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT FOR EMPLOYING SUCH LOVELY STAFF.

Excellent friendly professional service
Northgate have managed my property for over 10 years. They have always been available to help with everything I've ever asked them to do and kept me informed about every aspect of the house. Recently I sold the property through them which was done professionally and in a timely manner, honestly couldn't ask for more from the team. Big shout out especially to Gary, Christine and Claire, who, if they ever got sick of me calling all the time, never showed it :-)

Jess and the team at Northgate have given outstanding service from day 1. Nothing was too much trouble! It felt honest and not 'salesy' so I felt I could trust them.

Fiona at the Newton Aycliffe branch was…
Fiona at the Newton Aycliffe branch was a breath of fresh air to speak to, I am an agent myself calling the local agents as I have a property I need to find the perfect tenant and she was the only person I felt gave me a friendly professional approach and advised me on everything the company provide as well as additional information. Due to Fiona I am proceeding with Northgate Estate Agents. She mentioned she was new at the company but the impact she had on myself as an agent was outstanding, she is an asset to their team!

Outstanding personal service
Northgate Darlington really are excellent - their service is very personal, always keeping you up to date - I never felt I was out of the loop at all. The photos and video that were taken of the property were absolutely fantastic and we sold our house within a day. We were recommended Northgate because of the previous service to one of our friends and we were not let down. A special thanks to Connah who really made it a personal service. Thank you!
