Queried about a loan 2 weeks ago had 1 call off callum, said he would get back to me next day never called
Called yesterday was told Lee was looking into it & was waiting for a reply from one more lender.
Called today line engaged for Lee spoke to a lady.
Feel like I've been fobed off with this company
No one gets back to you, you have to chase yourself.
Back to drawing board absoloutey disgusting customer service

I was interested in getting a small loan and hoped that Norton finance would look at my financial position and excellent credit score and refer me to some credible and competitive lenders. I was referred to two. Both of which said that they only lend to people with poor credit scores and would lend to me at 35%! I explained that I could go to any bank and get a better rate than that. They stated that they couldn't compete as they ONLY loan to people with credit problems!

So- do not use Norton Finance- they do not treat you as an individual- they merely take your confidential details and share with companies at random. I also noticed that they seem to take a huge financial cut from referring you. I asked for £15,000- but the amount I would get was £14,000- (due to fees- I assume?).

From the start of the application with Paul Wright who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional along with his colleague Laura Burgar who kept in touch until completion of property.
I cannot fault their service, this was customer service at its best!!

A really efficient and fast service with excellent support from Steve. He went out of his way to keep us informed of progress and gave really good guidance. The only downside is the size of the fee, but otherwise I’d happily recommend Norton to others looking for a second charge mortgage.

Positive experience Steve Bacon kept us in the loop and was clear about requirements. Only issue was the lender Tandem kept asking for more and more information. Think the initial review of the application should be more detailed. Preventing a lot of back and forth.

Poor performance from a company falsely advertised products.

J#### S#### has informed that you need good credit for loans. But there advertising says they support bad and poor credit so obviously luring in the prey.

Absolutely shocking.

I called Norton after reading their reviews online one evening, the girl was really professional and took all my details. I was then contacted in the timeframe I was told I would be by Steve Bacon. He again was really helpful, went through everything fully and once we decided on the product that suited us best went ahead. Everything was dealt with from start to finish in around 2 weeks. Anytime I emailed Steve I would receive a reply within 10 mins. No waiting around and no being left in the dark. I would have no hesitation in using Steve and Norton again.

Fantastic service, Steve Bacon could not have been more helpful. Sorted loan out extremely fast even with a house valuation. Kept us informed regularly. Would highly recommend.
