Having used a large competitor for the past 10 years I decided to give Norton Industrial a call to see what they could offer. I was really surprised at how friendly and helpful the office staff were. The repairs and service was carried out by a great team, professional, courteous and safe.
I will defiantly be using Norton Industrial again, friendly, professional and saving money.

Having decided to convert our manual roller shutter door to electric we contacted 3 companies to provide us with a quote, 1 company said it was impossible with our type of door and a complete replacement door would be needed, another ignored us.
However Norton Industrial Doors were fantastic, great communication form the offset, we supplied photos and explained what we wanted, a quote was supplied based on this information and we were happy to proceed.
A survey was arranged, the surveyor turned up on time and took all the required information.
Two weeks later once we had the electrics in place the fitters arrived to undertake the work, they were extremely professional, worked with health and safety in mind, keep their work area clean at all times.
The work was completed with out any issues at all and we now have an full operating electric roller shutter door to our Wearhouse which meets all the relevant health and safety requirements.

Had two electric roller shutters, a fire door and a security grill fitted at our business premises on four separate occasions in the last three months which has involved loading with the office and meeting different technicians/fitters on site. The office have been easy to deal with and all of the fitters have been extremely knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I don’t recommend lightly speaking from some bad experiences in the past. A1 outfit.
