Highly disappointed in Norwex products. Overpriced & inferior. Definitely an MLM/Pyramid Scheme company. I'd heard great things from friends about how well the glass cleaning cloths worked but that they were crazy expensive, but worth it. Well, no. They smear and smear and smear, no matter how hard and how much you wipe. And you have to scrub HARD, no matter how clean or dirty the surface is. Also, the rep literally would not sell me the one cloth without the other (you really don't need the cloth you wet at all, you can use a washcloth if you want) She claimed the other cloth wouldn't even work without the one you dampen. That was an all out lie. You can even wet part of the actual scrubbing cloth (I don't recall the items actual names) and then use the dry part of same cloth to buff and buff and buff until your arms are sore and still there will be smears. Waste of time and money. And scammy sales reps. One thing I'll say is that the eyeglasses cleaning cloth does work quite well, but it's not the same material as the cleaning cloths.

May 1 I was invited to a Norwex party on Facebook. I had never ordered from Norwex before and I had heard how great the products are. These products are very expensive for cleaning in my opinion and normally I would not spend 186.00 (discounted) on a mop system and hand held tub tile set. I had heard amazing reviews.
I couldn't wait to get the mop for wet and dry mopping my engineered wood floors. I also ordered the other products and all of them I planned to use on and in my showers, especially the glass fronts. I also have a wall of sliding glass doors in the main living area and was excited to use these products to easily clean the glass.

On May 21st. I reported to the Norwex rep that my mop handle would not move and was stuck in the tallest position. Today is June 15th.
I have sent the rep a video and a report on this handle per request. Norwex Customer Service required that I send them a video as well showing the item not working and more information on the mop handle. I did this per their request.
The rep reached out to me a week later and asked if the mop handle situation had been resolved. I told her I have heard nothing from anyone. She said she'd get back to me. She sent an email the next day stating it would be around 7 days before I would hear back from Norwex.

As of today, I have heard nothing from anyone. I cannot use these products because the mop handle is so tall it won't fit in my spaces to do any cleaning. It is too tall to use around the house as it bumps into everything around me if I do try to use it.

My review today is that I would never buy another product from this company. They are cheap and not worth the money. Customer Service is awful and unresponsive. This is over a very, very expensive plastic mop handle.

I ordered two bath towels which cost a whooping $60 each to gift to an in coming college student. What I received was a joke of a towel. The material quality was thin and cheap and the towels are very small. I had to pay $10 for shipping and $12 for shipping back because they refused to cover the cost. The customer service is terrible. Please also note this is a pyramid scheme of a company. Total rip off.

Norwex you should be ashamed of yourselves. The spirinett replacement is a joke. I spent a half hour watching videos trying to change the spirinett. A simple kitchen scrubber. I found that it requires a handyman. I threw mine away. Not worth the trouble. A screw and a whole lot of baloney. Ridiculous. Next time I will buy something disposable at the grocery store because that is what I overpaid for at Norwex; a disposable scrubber that was represented to be replaceable. Worthless. Thank you for wasting my time.

Do not order from this company!! I placed my first order, it took forever to get a shipping update, then they said they shipped it to an address that didn’t exist. I tried to contact them. The phone number said we’re too busy, call back later. I went to the post office, they said it was not delivered, searched for the address listed and since it doesn’t exist I had no luck. I finally reached the phone number and the obnoxious woman said it was delivered and if I didn’t get it take it up with the post office. So I’m just out of luck. Never order from this company!! And you can’t find an email address on their site at all!!
