This company offers excellent customer service and promptly responds, usually within an hour. Their delivery is also incredibly fast; my order arrived in just one day after receiving the tracking number. I highly recommend ordering from them.

(Reality) - HQ is China, with x1 factory in the whole of Australia. Its Location is Melbourne
Delivery :
(Claim) - 1-3 Standard Business Days
(Reality) - 11 Standard Business Days. 4 had passed before it was even sent. Total was 15 Days
Supply & Availability
(Claim) - To have a very vast Availability/Supply to lots of Brands products & multiple options advertised
(Reality) - They Don’t. Availability is never updated to actually reflect the factory’s stock. Order will be processed no matter what & money removed. Post this they will then inform you, that your item is unavailable. Replacement is restricted to what they offer. There was 8 alternatives to my item, yet my options were 2

(Claim) - To be very convenient and fast.
(Reality) - LIE

Customer : As the customer, my focus was on the following
- Receiving the product
- Safety
- Cost
- Options
- Speed
- Convenience
Who ever could cater to this the best, would get my business. This company addressed each of these specific areas, making untruthful statements under all of them.
Under false pretences, I was tricked into believing that my customer needs were best suited to this store.

I’ve tried a few disposable vapes before, the Wala lasts longer than expected. Battery holds up well until the last puff.

Given FAKE tracking numbers, everytime ive tried to get a refund, they give me another tracking number, their 110% certain its legitimate tracking with AusPost, AusPost App doesnt recognise it. Was then told its coming from another warehouse in Victoria, then it was being sent from China, now says, Order Complete, but yet, tracking still saying its not confirmed. Plus they wont answer messages or emails.

110% DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, the only site, from 5 ive ordered from that havent arrived

Second review, decent shipping times and good product so far i will update when my iget arrives. One thing i strongly recommand yoy guys do is add express australia post shipping options since i hate having to wait around a week for it to arrive

I'm always worried about my packages, but they always manage to deliver them safely.

First order was fine. Second order got lost in the post and they said they would resend the order. No further communication despite multiple emails from my end!!!!!

I bought 5 alibarbar vapes. They had been recharged all 5 of them, some tasted burnt straight away.
I contacted them, sent videos and showed them where they have opened to put new battery in. They offered half of the refund!!!
This is not the first review ive done, they begged me to delete last one.
