Don’t see what all the fuss is about - I received a reseller box and was very good. Not one piece had a tear, only one had a slight mark which is removable. However , the reason that im not giving 5 stars is the profit margin isnt as described and is a little less. Will be back though🫡

I bought a box of 30 Nike tops and when they came only 4-8 of them were usable/sellable and when I messaged support they wouldn't offer me anything and then ghosted me for 3 months after emailing them.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews! I’ve had a few orders and they’ve been good! This time I bought the branded rugby polos and they’re soo good! Literally sold within couple of weeks, would definitely recommend these! Cheers

Purchased a bundle of corduroy trousers 25 pairs. These were described as A/B grade which over half of them were actually C grade. Contacted the company stating the issue with photos and said I can return at my cost which under long distance selling laws they are not allowed to do this as the items are not as described. Many pairs of theses trousers have holes in them also urine stained & unsellable.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I ordered a 30-piece Grade A/B reseller box, but only 21 items arrived, and over half were in unacceptable condition — stained, with holes, or broken zips. This was completely inconsistent with a Grade A/B description. Only one or two pieces were actually wearable.

Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I regularly waited days for a response. When they eventually replied, they offered a refund for just five items, which I declined given the overall condition of the order and the fact that nearly the entire box was unsellable.

After further delays, I was told they believed the wrong box had been sent and that they would update me later that day with next steps — I heard nothing. Instead, the next morning I received an email with a return label and was told UPS would be collecting the items that same day. The courier arrived 20 minutes later, giving me no reasonable time to re-package everything, print the label (I don’t own a printer), or prepare the return — especially as I have a baby at home.

The company was already aware that I had washed the items in an attempt to remove stains, meaning they were no longer in the original packaging. After explaining that I couldn’t return the items that day but could do so the following day, I have once again received no response.

At this point, I still don’t know whether I will receive a refund or the correct box. The lack of communication, organisation, and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Proceed with caution.

Shocking bundle of “30 rugby polo shirts”. Estimated resale of £600 but wouldn’t get back £50. Not one rugby polo shirt, never mind them giving me a Lidl employee uniform. Please just use BestVintage, will never buy from these scam artists again.

This was my first and last purchase with not another wholesale. On first opening the box I was pleasantly surprised at the first couple of items as I slowly went through my box of 30 N. face products there were a lot of rain macs which were perished and rotten. The insides of the jackets had fallen apart and left white dust and debris everywhere. I’m closer inspection numerous zips were bent missing or broken. There was also oil on several of the items of clothing I did try washing these and this did not remove the stains. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing again and I only wish I had read the reviews on here before spending my money. I did go to them and ask for assistance to replace the damage damaged items and was meant by AMY who Simply sent me a copy and paste it get out of jail free card that I presume they sent to everyone! Absolutely no customer care whatsoever no response after I asked for Assistance other than their copy and paste listing. Save your money go to Carboot sales et cetera. I feel these have all been grabbed from a clothing bank and they don’t really care what you get at all!

had about 6 orders with these and every time has been very very good,made 2-3x my money every purchase and good customer service

I’ve received my items today from not another Wholesale and they were absolutely brilliant. I bought an and b grade items and 98% were of great quality. They dispatched my boxes on the same day even though I ordered quite late and requested them and I had my delivery on the following day they are indeed the best and the cheapest wholesalers you will find in the UK.

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely shocking , I got a large box of hoodies and sweatshirts, every item was extremely worn full of stains that smelt like poo, very very poor quality, the whole lot went in the bin , customer service is non existent, I sent emails with no reply , save your money do not buy from here

AVOID! Ordered a reseller box, absolute tat, some stuff came bleach stained or had holes and 1/4 of the box is just nike hoodies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

Got a 30 item vinted depop reseller box. 25 of the items have massive stains, big rips or just in awful condition. C grade absolute max. Apparently mostly A/B though according to this lying company. Save your money and dont bother. Worst vintage reselling company Ive used.

Awful awful company. Bought a discounted 30x basic reseller bundle with a resell value of around 200 quid profit. I’ll be lucky to get 50 quid back altogether. The quality of the items are terrible, listed at grade A/B but I would say at least a third of the items were grade C. I’ve had to chuck some items away as I couldn’t have myself try and sell that quality to people.

I never write reviews and am usually pretty easy going but this company is a joke and scam artist, stay away, so many better wholesalers out there. AWFUL

I bought from this company when I first opened my shop and it wasn't great. 9 months later I placed a big order to try them again and purchased 230 items from 7 different bundles. The quality is well below the 90% accuracy claimed on the listings. Spending over £1000 to make a 10-15% margin at best overall is a really bad deal. There is zero customer service as they don't display or have a phone number it seems. There's a reason why all of their advertising is based on first time customers and nothing about repeat custom as I expect so few people actually go back multiple times. All of the 1 star reviews are an honest tale of what it is like to buy from these, which is a shame as it's small/new businesses that are the ones losing out to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Every box so far has been spot on had 4 and one on way! Customer service is abit slow but ultimately they will sort problems as soon as they can great pricing!

Crazy stuff Short waiting time for shipping

I ordered two bales back in August. They arrived late, and when I opened them it was immediately clear the quality was nowhere near what was advertised. These were sold as Grade A/B, but realistically they were more like B/C at best. Many pieces had stains, broken zips and visible defects, making a huge amount of the stock unsellable and resulting in a significant financial loss.

I contacted the company and provided over 100 photos showing the issues, but the response I received was disappointing. Out of everything I received, around 88 items were what I would consider B/C grade—well over their stated 10% allowance. Despite this, they refused to offer any form of refund. Even their own grading criteria states that B grade should still be sellable, which this clearly wasn’t.

Based on my experience, I won’t be purchasing from this supplier again.
