the identity verification was so hard
the identity verification was so hard, despite trying several times but we failed to pass it, and we clarified that in our appointment, thanks god the notary understood the issue.
further, the document has been certified\ apostilled without the notary advice to change the place of execution to meet the notary certification place.
working on the above will make the service perfect and will save time & effort.

The automatic identity check failed…
The automatic identity check failed several times for unstated reasons. the video authentication failed once for unstated reasons, once due to 'systems down' and succeeded once. but then, inexplicably my authentication was 'lost' and I had to do it all again.

I have used this service for the 2nd…
I have used this service for the 2nd time and am very satisfied. Not only can you get a notary appointment within 2-3 hours (in Germany the average waiting time is about 4 weeks ++), the service is fast, intuitive and both notaries were super friendly. Documents can be downloaded immediately, physical documents take a few days. All in all - super happy to have this service available to us!
