The service fee shows this company to be PETTY and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. They say it is to cover their cost of doing business on THEIR website. Their website costs are a part of OVERHEAD. I don't know of any of the majors (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc) that charge an extra service fee for a website that lets them make more money. Restaurants don't charge a fee for salt and pepper. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, etc do not charge for the paper that wraps their burgers.
Obviously, this has nothing to do with money, but for me it has everything to do with PRINCIPLE. While I like their cakes, I find myself looking for alternative bakeries that are not petty and don't disrespect their customers

Every other location offers some sort of military discount, but when I asked at this location the young lady behind the counter in a not, so polite voice told me "We are a franchise, so we don't have to offer any discounts" to which I replied, "Thank you, I was just asking" So, needless to say I will not return to this location I don't need the discount, but they could use my business!

I’m incredibly disappointed by how my mother and I were treated today—especially since we’ve supported this business for years. While shopping for my son’s birthday supplies, we stopped in to browse cake decorations. My mom briefly picked up a pack of napkins she liked to show me, then put them right back. After looking around a bit more and not finding what we needed, we left.

A minute after getting into our car, an employee came outside and accused us of stealing paper plates. We were stunned and honestly humiliated. We immediately invited them to check our bags and car, as we had absolutely nothing to hide. What made the situation even more embarrassing was seeing other employees and customers watching from inside the shop window.

After realizing their mistake, the employee apologized and offered us coupons—which we declined. The damage was already done. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience. We will not be returning.

We have several locations around us here in Virginia Beach, VA. This visit was to the Haygood store.
These little cakes are great, soft, fresh, and a good variety. I have tried about 7-8 flavors. I enjoyed the chocolate chocolate chip that day but we also bought the Pineapple Upsidedown and could not have been more disappointed. It was plenty sweet and fresh but there was absolutely no pineapple taste whatsoever. There was a large piece of pineapple on the bottom but I couldn't cut through it with a plastic spoon.
Moral to the story is stick with what you are familiar with!

I have lived in Valley Stream over 20 years and was excited to see your establishment in my neighborhood. I had ordered from you in the past so I know the bunt cakes are usually good,
My husband had never tried it so I said let’s go in. We walked in smiling and ordered 2 bunt cakes and were still looking but were served without a smile and was kind of ignored so we walked out with my husband saying we will never go there again. It’s only opened a week and this is the customer service, Imagine I’m a month. Please work on customer service because there are a lot of cakes out there and people tend to go where they feel comfortable and welcomed.

Nothing Bundt Cake has the best Bundt cakes you will ever have. I think they make them there. They are always fresh and wonderful. They are so pretty and perfect. You can get a whole cake or a small one. Now the small one is enough for 2 big eaters or 3 normal eaters, but then it is gone. We buy several small ones and enjoy them for days.

Parking is easy and free.

The place is always spotless and has other cute things to buy from little nicknacks to drinks and other items. It so cute inside. And it is never hot. I do so hate the heat.

The service is sweet and friendly. They can tell you all about the cakes and which are maybe a tad super sweet and which ones are not. They also have seasonal cakes as well so get them while they have them. I just love the people that work there. They are kind and great with kids.

They have a great selection. We love the orange, lemon, pumpkin and vanilla cakes, but all are great and we have bought them all. They have the best frosting on them. It is not so sweet as to make your teeth hurt and they are not cheap with it either, you get a goodly amount.

The prices are fair for fresh baked goods.

You can pick up, have them delivered and a few of the stores has seating outside.

I stop in when I get a chance. I have a few business of my own and I take pride in treating my employees with respect for we are a team together in building a successful company. That brings me to address the issue your company has. I have a few of the x employees from nothing bunt cake at two of my business location. As a business owner for over 15 years I know that Tammy is not the right person to be over anyone she degrades workers in front of other employees and she over talks them in such a rude way see they are adults to and there to help they are not your pet. No wonder why the employees are leaving with no notice I’m sure the company has the highest rate of employees quitting. Tammy is such a terrible being. Your business is not doing good because of her, she does not need to flex her position just treat people like a human being and stop being so nasty. Good luck

I have been a Birthday Rewards member for several years now & have received a free bundltlet cake for being a member as they promise, until this year. I waited a few days past my birthday to receive my email for the free cake but it never came & I reported it to customer service. Waited & waited, no response. I reported it again & again & still nothing. I even reported them to the BBB & they won't even respond to them. I am very disappointed as to how I was treated & how this business handles their matters. They have lost a customer & don't even care.

First time we ever went today. Was excited and curious about their products. The cashier on staff in OP had no interest in helping us, and acted as if we were annoying her. Worst customer service we’ve ever had in Orchard Park. Won’t be going back, regardless of the quality of the food.

Ordered these for daughter in laws bridal shower.. never heard about them we are in Connecticut she is from Westchester ct Ny…. Absolutely delicious.. light, tender, flavorful… it was hard not to stop eating them… we are in Brookfield Ct so there is no shop near us.. Stamford is not very close… hope they open more franchises..the staff was so accommodating because we didn’t know what we wanted.. great experience, wonderful addictive cakes

Have ordered many times from our local NBC. Cakes are always delicious and a hit at all parties. Always A+ product and service.

We ordered a cake on 12/14/24 for delivery on 12/26/24. It was for a special birthday and requested specifically by the birthday girl. We called 3 times on the day of delivery. You only get a voice mail. No one ever returned the calls. The cake was never delivered and was a big disappointment. We will never use them again.

They are okay if you just like to eat icing. Way too expensive for big globs of icing.

I decided to order 4 cakes (3 8 inch, one small Gluten free) for a total of 96.50 before tax. To make the order, NBC required an additional 3.90 for the use of their website to order. So first, I am doing the work normally done by an employee, and then I’m charged 4% for the privilege? Total BS. I will never darken their doorstep again. There no return for any reason policy is also a deal killer, we sell stale or moldy and you don’t like it? Tough.
These people don’t want your business. Help them out by staying away!

We got the 8’ White Chocolate Raspberry. OMG so moist and flavorful. Frosting was spectacular. It was a lil pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for. We are more than happy… It was soooo Yummmmm!!!! ♥️

Wow. This Bundt cake was absolutely delicious. I ordered it as a birthday cake for my sister & brother-in-law. I chose the classic vanilla and they decorated the top with a faux Poinsettia flower. The service was perfect and it was delivered exactly on time. I spoke with them several times and they couldn’t have been more gracious. I will order another soon.

Nothing Bundt Cakes have completely redefined what a cake should be for me. I tried the Cherry Chip and Funfetti flavors, and they are hands down the best cakes I’ve ever had in my 29 years of life. The cakes were incredibly moist and delicate, with a texture that almost melts in your mouth. The frosting is perfectly sweet and smooth, complementing each bite without overwhelming the flavors. These cakes are truly unforgettable, and after experiencing them, all other cakes are forever ruined for me.

I am impressed by tyler tx branch service. I order online 2 days before due date to surprise my husband they deliver at right time, right date & place and handed over the cake perfectly. I order the red velvet cake it tastes so good and so moist. for the next i will definitely go for it.
