Seriously in love with all their products and the customer service is top tier! If you have a problem they respond asap and they truly care about making your experience with them a great one. Shipping times vary but that’s clearly stated in their shipping policy. I’ve never minded waited though, it’s so worth it!! <3

I really love the merchandise I’ve ordered from this site; however, the shipping time is the worst that I’ve ever experienced from any business. It takes over two months at a minimum to get anything. Don’t ever order if you need it fast and don’t believe the site on it’s listed timeline. I thought maybe doing their subscription box would help, but I have yet to receive anything though I’ve already been charged for multiple months. I’m sure they’re nice enough people, but they always seem to have excuses for delays in shipping or for not having products that you were able to buy (oh it’s Christmas, we need to print more, summer made us busier…). They need to hire more people to meet demands of shipping or at the least, list accurate shipping timelines on your site. I’d give them a perfect rating if those things were addressed.

I’ve had the privilege of getting to model for this company. Not your average babe offers alternative and highly creative apparel and accessories. NYAB are also very kind people, and ran by good souls. Support them for all your spookiness !!!

Very good quality clothing and super cute! Clothes fit me and my sister true to size. I followed the washing directions they included in the package and everything looks the way it did when it came.

Everything is very high quality, and I appreciate the fact that a slip of paper came with each item describing how to properly wash and care for them. Not plus size friendly! I spent $75 on a shirt, a pair of shorts, and a cup. The shorts were a 3x/4x and didn't even fit my sister who is a large.

I ordered the glass cups 100 of them for my car dealership! I told them what I needed and they created a design for my cups which my customers are thrilled to get for they are displayed in my office. The Workmanship and production time was far and above. I highly recommend this company. I have also purchased other items for myself and love them as well. Been shopping here for over a year! I have zero complaints. Always good quality items, amazing and responsive customer service. I've been subscribed to their monthly box for over a year too and even when trying to cut costs, it's one thing I can't make myself give up -- it's the best part of the month when it arrives. :) Spooky ghouls, run fast and order from this small female-owned business
