It is so rare and inspiring to find a clothing company who carries themselves to such a high standard for quality, craftsmanship, customer service, and sourcing. Their integrity is truly impressive. I have known about Nour Hammour for a little less than a year and have purchased many coats. All I can say is, I'm in awe with each piece, as it's truly a masterpiece. Each coat is so beautiful, warm, and impeccably made. Comfort is so important to me, and they truly make the most beautiful and comfiest coats ever. The craftsmanship is immaculate and the materials used are to the highest standard.

I also really appreciated the professionalism and customer care. As a customer, I felt very valued right from the beginning, when I purchased my first coat, and just found out about the company. My experience with customer service was one with so much attentiveness and care. I am very impressed. Vivienne, especially, was so wonderful, and has helped me with many orders. She was always trying to help and has done so much. She is absolutely amazing at her job, and we're very grateful how much time and care she put in to help with everything, answer all questions, and to ensure the ordering process was to the highest, quickest, standard. The customer service has been nothing short of truly impressive, and made us even more excited to purchase more coats, and we adore the coats so much. We are so thankful that customer care is something this company takes so seriously and hires the best people for it.

I have been buying Nour Hammour clothing for nearly 4 years now. I love and cherish every piece! Exquisite craftsmanship, fast shipping and returns and a lovely and helpful customer service to match. My number one choice for everything leather and fur ♥️

I wrote to Nour Hammour customer service five times trying to get accurate measurements for an expensive coat advertised on their site. I asked for exact measurements, but they sent me a size table.
When I recieved the item it was 4.5 inches tighter around the chest than the size table indicated, so I will now have to return it. I am so sick of inefficient online customer service and websites that dont bother to put up accurate sizing information on each item that is readily available to them, or they could easily measure.
By what right do they have to waste our time and money like this?
