Yes, I recommend NOURISH KEFIR. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Amazing results from the first go. I used 1liter of full fat milk and left for 24 hours at which point it was nicely set. I left overnight in the fridge and had it the next day. I shook the bottle and added a pinch of salt. Lovely sour taste and a tiny bit of fizziness which quickly disappeared after keeping the bottle open.

The product is very good. Instructions clear and the kefir formed well. My order took a few days to get as far as being posted, hence a lost star. The milk i purchased to get started was nearly up to its use by date by the time the delivery arrived!

Really good product, great service too - what more can you ask for. Deliveries arrive as promised and when (occasionally) supplies run low, there's a nice interim rationing in place until the supply is re-established. I wish more companies would take note.

The first shipment of cow milk's kefir shipped the next day and was very nice, got better over time. After I ran out of Kefir I decided to try the goat's milk one. It took 2 weeks to ship and when it arrived it was hardly fermentedat all. I bought some kefir grains online and now am using them to ferment the "kefir" that I paid £32 for.

Amazing product and super-friendly customer service! I have tried freeze-dried Kefir grains from many places, but Nourish produces the best quality. I brew them in Coconut Water and they produce the highest volume and most beneficial bacteria out of all the brands. FAB!
