I would have given 5 stars but seen as I have had problems logging into my new energy account, and not getting anywhere with the new supplier, I am unable to give that. Nous themselves, have been great.

Really helpful that Nous sorted out my energy switch. Only given them a four out of five because they won't stop messaging me for a task I could have done myself on this occasion. I haven't asked nous to do anything more involved or complicated yet

Came across Nous on social media and have to say it was so easy to use and they have saved me money. Great app

Apparently they ‘save you money’ so they changed the Tarif to me then having payments for gas and electricity over double what I was paying before. When I questioned it, they wouldn’t change it back, leaving me having to contact my provider to get it sorted as it ‘apparently wasn’t their job’ avoid at all costs!!

I really like the simplicity of the app and the way it uses AI to try to find the best deals. Unfortunately it didn’t find the best deal for me and ended up selecting a provider that would cost me more. So I had to cancel and go back to handling this type of thing myself in person.
But I think with a little more AI investment this could be an amazing tool to help this worth busy lives find the best contracts for utilities etc.

Great idea Nous just a little more work needed.

Nous have been great they have managed to lower some of my bills which gives me that little extra money to last the month. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy. Didn't really have to do anything. Quick response through WhatsApp. Too early to give 5* as the cashback won't materialise for a bit. But so far so good.

I found the service to be effective and extremely cost saving. Would certainly recommend.

Fairly straight forward process, we used it for an energy switch and so it tells you what you’re set to save but obviously the proof is in the pudding only over a time of seeing if you actually save that. A great feature is that we’ll be actively told when we’re out of contract so no trying to remember the timings or leaving it on the to do list to look at deals / do a switch ourselves!

I’m new to Nous but so far I’ve saved £288 per year on my energy without lifting a finger! they did all the work it was seamless, looking forward to making more savings while I’m sitting back having a cup of tea , highly recommended

Nous is so easy to deal with, responsive to any queries via WhatsApp. They've done all the hard work for me, the switch went through within a couple of days.

Stress free and straight forward switch nous take it all into there own hands couldn’t have asked for an easier way of switching.

Nous found me a cheaper electricity rate with my current provider and sorted the switch for me so I didn’t have to do anything, they saved me £60 a year, well worth it! Also customer service is brilliant

I didnt have to do anything communication was brilliant and kept me updated. Looks like I will save money.
