Very unprofessional
So, I applied for a job at Nova Media Marketing, went through their whole process, got an interview and then... silence. No follow-up after the interview.
I understand they're busy, but a little email wouldn't hurt, right? I put energy, time and effort in preparing for the interview and doing the assessment which was part of the recruiting process.
How about some better communication? It's not just about getting the job; it's about respecting people's time and effort, the bare minimum. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Shady
My interaction with Nova Media Marketing has left me questioning their legitimacy. The seem shady. Their website offers an e-book boasting about their achievements in Amazon ad implementation, yet after entering my email, the promised download never materialized. Also, they promote books no one should read :)
