Total scam. Bought a smart ring from them. It stopped working/charging a few months after purchase. Since then it’s been a merry go round of taking screenshots and videos and being total to do A then B then as again. They won’t take the product back and won’t refund so BEWARE.
Bought a projector from this company low standards would not recommend this company hard to get your money back. Avoid
Bought a smart ring for this online site. They don’t offer their free sizing kit and I say they never do. The ring arrived from
china even after ordering from a .ie site. I say someone is just capitalising on an ‘Irish’ site. Trying to process a return is nothing but hassle as the ring size doesn’t fit as per their sizing instructions.
The same rings can be purchased on aliexpress and similar sites for a FRACTION of the cost. Don’t waste your time with this company and buy direct from Ali as my return address is definitely in the middle of no where. I can ever see my return being processed.
Awful customer support.
Scam website. Products they are selling are not what they send. Sending cheap knock-off imitations and charging 3 times the price. Offer option to return if damaged. Still unable to get them to send me the details to return my damaged product. Do not buy from this website.
