I saw an ad on instagram. Really fancied the vegetable chopper but was worried it would be a scam. Looked at the website all looked good and decided I’d order. Came 2 days later. Couldn’t wait to chop something so grabbed a radish! Works great. Going to try a bruschetta topping tonight.

Brilliant product!

Unfortunately blades snapped and loved being able to buy replacements. However you can only buy 1 and the have to pay postage.

Tried to call but they never return the attempt. Finally contacted by email and told I could buy three different colours!!! Looks stupid so can no longer recommend this company.

Also very slow delivery, ordered on 25/4 and still no sign of the product.

I really like the Nova products and find them a great company to deal with. The can opener is excellent, opens tins with no sharp edges.
I bought the large dicer set after losing all my newly applied mascara when chopping onions - it was a dicer or my swimming goggles. The three part dicer has been a disappointment - maybe I don't have the knack or at 5'4", can't apply enough pressure, it's struggling to deal with the veg I've tried (onions just about made it, aubergines at the largest size not so good, I had to finish the skins off with a knife), even though I followed the instructions.
I'll have a hunt for how to videos when I have the time, and hope I can make the dicer live up to the expectations created by the other super Nova products I have.

Delivery was fine. The problem was a very poor-value product. The beater can be bought for about GBP 7. A small plastic 'stand' and cheap polythene (not even polycarbonate) beaker and poorly-fitting lid did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The beater is quite difficult to use and grates internally unless held exactly vertically. This is hard because it has space to skate around in the beaker. A dimple in the beaker base might have avoided this.
