Unfortunately, a representative of yours at the Royal Cornwall Showground selling a whisk completely let this company down by being extremely rude and aggressive.
My father and son(5) were watching your demo while I was checking messages on my phone from behind them, he noticed this and told me not to video him - in which I replied I wasn't, obviously I wasn't filming someone whisking water....🤦🏻‍♀️ He then raises his voice at me in front of everyone around us including my 5 year old son and asks what was the point in him showing the whisk - I replied politely and said I had a gadget similar so I was aware of how it works but my father was watching and interested but he instead THREW all of the equipment and the contents of the bowls in the bins and used hand gestures for us to move on.
My father was contemplating buying one and actually had returned for the second time to watch but after this was put off by this terribly rude and ignorant person.
Not going to get many sales with an attitude like that!!!

Unfortunately, the seller having a huge banner with just your name on it makes it everything to do with your business. He is representing you and your products and as much as you find it difficult to imagine him being rude to anyone, he very much was - prompting my review.
Thank you for your offer of me emailing you, I wont be doing this, it is not why I wrote the review, it was purely to highlight to you that your brand representative was aggressive and put us, and I suspect the other people who witnessed it, off buying.

Very quick delivery which is excellent. However improvements on poor Customer Services is needed. Any communication sent never receives a reply which is poor service. Hence one star has been left off.

The 28inch frying pan is exactly right. It was a perfect match to the old one that I managed to burn the bottom of!

The delivery came as expected and was well packaged. It's a pity that Nova don't supply lids for this size pan, but we managed to obtain one from another supplier that fits perfectly.

We have a halogen oven top and our set of Nova pans tend to get grubby. Can you suggest a cleaning product that gets the bases clean again.?
