Είχα bonus με wagering 1000€. Στον λογαριασμό μου υπήρχε ξεκάθαρη ένδειξη προόδου wagering, η οποία έφτασε περίπου στα 820/1000. Για περίπου 2 εβδομάδες αυτή η ένδειξη εξαφανίστηκε τελείως, χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.

Σημειώνω ότι είχα ήδη κέρδη άνω των 600€. Για να ελέγξω αν είχε ολοκληρωθεί το wagering, δοκίμασα ανάληψη 10€. Το σύστημα επέτρεψε κανονικά την ανάληψη ΚΑΙ αφαίρεσε το bonus, κάτι που λογικά σημαίνει ότι το wagering είχε ολοκληρωθεί.

Παρ’ όλα αυτά, το support μου απάντησε ότι δεν είχα ολοκληρώσει το wagering και ότι το σύστημα δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένο να εμφανίζει ένδειξη προόδου, γιατί “το γράφουν στους όρους”.

Όταν τους έδειξα ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία ένδειξη και ζήτησα να μου πουν σε ποιο ποσό wagering βρισκόμουν, δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση.

Η εμπειρία μου δείχνει έλλειψη διαφάνειας και πρακτικές που αφήνουν τον πελάτη εκτεθειμένο. Πολύ απογοητευτικό.

Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.
They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments.
All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )
Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.

The only company from - I don't know how many betting companies - that set limit to my bets when I made a few winnings. Everything is good as long as you are losing. Soon the experience turns to nightmare even for novice players like me. Hypocrisy, lack of basic ethics, awful customer support. Yet this company exposes the regulators who provided them with a license.

Now, did I break any guidelines or agreements? No. Did I bet in suspicious games? No. And the most funny thing is that I placed almost the same bets with other companies that I won and never had any limit or whatsoever.
