BEWARE! THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

My order came in 10 days later than advertised (even if I paid extra fast shipping fees). My order was sent in a wrong size.

Then suddenly comes the epiphany that you were tricked - an email exchange to get a return label comes down to a chat-bot negotiating refund amount, with each email slowly increasing the amounts, each time the same text with slight difference in amounts,

Example:

I do not need stuff that was sent in the wrong size. Any reputable company would recognize their fault.

Ps: note the answers to the negative feedback. All chat-bot the same.

S'il était possible de mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. Ce site n'est ni plus ni moins un site cousin de temu. La qualité et même la forme de la jaquette commandée est déplorable. Le service après-vente refuse un remboursement. Ils me propose de me rembourser 30% de la valeur de la marchandise que je vais devoir mettre à la poubelle. C'est un scandale !!!!
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This site is nothing more than a sister site to Temu. The quality and even the shape of the jacket I ordered is deplorable. Customer service refuses a refund. They're offering me 30% of the value of the merchandise, which I'll have to throw away. It's outrageous!

Its scam. I paid for pair of men shoes since May and still havent got it. Contacting the Support team many times and they only give excuses for not dilevering like they couldn't find the address,etc.
Well as they refuse to refund; which is very strange for a respected marchant.

Scam what you order isn’t what you receive poorly made items basically rubbish sent out when you request a return they quote the t&c and say will cost in shipping as much as the item to return it or you can have 5% credit total rip off - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! - The reply to my review is very cynical as you know I have been in touch ref my order Re: ORDER NVR3785 and you told me I had to send back at my expense costing more than the item or I could have a 5% refund I had no option the sandals are not fit for purpose and of very poor quality

I ordered an item from this company who are basically a front for a Chinese operation and it bears no resemblance to what was described on their site. I did a bit of digging and it seems they use pictures from other sites of items and then supply inferior goods from China. My opinion is that this site is a bit of a scam. Please be warned and don't get caught out. As with other reviews, if they send you something you don't like or not as described on the site, you will be asked to ship back to China at your cost if you want a refund......Scam, Scam, Scam.

terrible customer service. send me the wrong size and expected me to pay for return. will never use again. Would advise people to aviod at all costs. Returns are to china and you have to pay even when they are at fault. Eventually settled on 50% refund and keep the item to doesnt fir

Ordered a 3xl gilet. it arrived. Quality was ok didnt reflect the price. It also didnt fit. I ordered a 3xl so it would be loose. it was the right size for my 13 year old daughter. There was no size on the gilet just 3xl on the bag. They advised me i could return but have to pay postage to china. I was baffled by this as it was clearly the wronf size. They offered a 30 % refund and i keep it. Its no good to anyone and Didnt see why I should have to pay for their mistake. Any positive reviews on here I wouldnt trust as legit tbh. Terrible ethics and customer service. Really advise people to not bother. You get beter quality, Better customer service for less.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MOB

Not only did bag ordered take 3wks to arrive. When I realised it was not suitable a refund not available unless I posted it back to China paying duty!!! Beware all.

Betrug! Billige chinaprodukte und Passform unmöglich! Keine Chance der Rücksendung! Bloß nicht bestellen! Geld zum Fenster rausgeschmissen
