Top tier service from Liseth! Very grateful.
This was my first time ever buying a ring and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was helped by Liseth, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole process so easy, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or unsure. Her guidance and patience really took the stress out of such a big decision.
The ring turned out perfect, and I’m so glad I chose Novita Diamonds. Highly recommend.

The service provided by Novita diamonds was exceptional. Marmellia, was highly professional and went above and beyond to arrange delivery of my partners solitaire diamond ring. The ring it self was equisitite _ beautifully crafted of outstanding quality and very competitively priced compared to retail outlets. I would not hesitate to return to future purchases.

Novita Diamonds Parramatta has the best diamonds and the best customer service ever. I am a repeat customer that's bought two diamonds rings and a wedding ring and my experience with them is top notch. They're really friendly and accomodating. My last purchase I paid extra to fast track it and boy did they do their best get it on time, but Rashana at the Parramatta location went an extra mile by delivering it earlier then I expected. That's why I highly recommend them! Thank you Rashana!

The journey started with a fantastic, tailored remote session with Ludwig, who helped me find the perfect diamond.
What truly sets them apart is their incredible service: in just 24 hours they shipped the exact 💎 I had my eyes on, so I was able to visit their Parramatta showroom and admire it in person.
Rachana was wonderful in person, helping me fine-tune the last magic touches for a truly special surprise for my wife.
The entire team is incredibly professional and easy to talk to.

Impeccable jewellery
I purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Novita. When it came to my second purchase I was given a loyalty discount. The service is very personal, in a quiet showroom and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time for both purchases.

Super quick and easy to deal with
Rachana was amazing, showed my partner and I so many options and helped with sizing! I originally thought I wanted a traditional plain band but the high dome pave was so much better and complimented my engagement ring. Thank you Rachana and Novita Diamonds!

Literally like a dream
The process of choosing my diamond and designing my setting was everything I hoped it would be. Seeing several diamond options laid out in front of me made me so confident in my choice. I get compliments almost daily on my ring, the stone, the setting, everything. I couldn’t be more in love. My friends have since shopped with Novita and they are all as hooked as I am.
