Do not purchase this faulty product. Not only does it not work AT ALL but it’s completely a scam. When I contacted Customer Service and provided them proof (including photos proving the product barely warms and especially doesn’t get anywhere close to what they advertise), they argued with me and were very rude and unprofessional. They tried to put me off for 30 days to avoid giving my money back per their guarantee. I contacted them long before that and they still refused to give me a refund, continually telling me the product works and I should just try it again. Completely dishonest company that scams. They also charged me twice for the same product and would not fix that either. I ended up having to get a refund through my credit card. Don’t fall for their false advertising and faulty product.

First, and most importantly, these eye masks are NOT steam. They are heat, the same as other companies offering similar products. I bought them specifically for the steam; feel like I was lied to; deceptive marketing. Second, they took nearly a month to arrive. When I reached out to customer service, it was worse than talking to AI customer service; not helpful at all. Third, when they arrived, no stars for packaging; that's for sure. The product bag was crammed into another bag for shipping. A subpar experience all the way around. If the product had truly been steam, I would have overlooked that, but the fact that it wasn't, plus the other poor aspects of this purchase, are why I gave it the rating I did.
