I was unable to use this esim at all whilst on holiday in Morocco. It wouldn't down load so was left with no data at all. This caused great anxiety as I'm a disabled 65 year old lady
UPDATE...
I did get an apology and a full refund, Didn't help much while I was in Morocco though
