I am going to paste the email i just send this company.
Hi, i received my order today, what i received to see i am shocked, what are they, what kind of plants are they, i ordered cherry plants, I got two very dry roots,  they both looks completely dry. This two completely dry roots for £30 .

I want full refund or replacement.

I purchased six cherry products and I received six dead Stick in an envelope. It took a long time to arrive and when they arrived they were all deadI try to get in touch with the company. Nobody answers. They’re just took my money and they ignoring all my corresponding. Please be aware of this company.

This is a thief company do not buy anything from them . They do an aggressive marking of selling sapling fruit plants during these months every year. Last year I spent 30£ on buying a fruit plant but never received till now ! This year again I saw a company selling cherry plants didn’t realise it was a same thief company ended up buying and than realised it is the same company selling , but too late !!! They don’t have any contact phone number only one email : service @ nppcbk .co uk , which they never acknowledge or reply..!!! I wonder if there is any company which exists with this name..!!

Don't be fooled by this scam. These grafted cherry trees arrive dead! Even after vigorous rehydration attempts. Bought mine in December, not a single bud, now April.

Total bs as with everything advertised on u tube

Avoid this company like the plague. I paid £30.60 for what they advertised as two small cherry trees ready to produce fruit starting in May. What they sent me was two dried twigs. I am now trying to get my money back from PayPal. You have been warned.

I was requested not to order from the official site but to use a link or email a picture and they would reorder.

Final response from seller was yet again another apology with a twist. "at the moment, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, but to compensate for your lose, we are including a free gift" "You can choose any product on our site free of charge"

Reported and started claim with bank.

Breakdown of communication.

12 Mar and its now 09 April.
Ordered 2x Cherry Trees
#1 No confirmation email to confirm proof of purchase
(I always screen shot)

Requested confirmation email of purchase and delivery times.

5 days later seller responded, however completely ignored my request for email confirmation and only confirming 7-9 days for delivery. No tracking number.

A week after purchase I emailed again chasing order. Raised payment query with bank.

Delivery arrived. Definitely nothing like advertisement.
I was expecting small trees with good root system. Instead I was delivered to defective brittle twigs, with no root system.

#2 I emailed again the same day and another 4 days past for seller to respond. They apologised via auto message offering 20% refund for something that's dead. I declined and requested full refund.

#3 Now into April another apology and they offered 30% refund. I declined again and requested full refund and no need to return items. Again I declined.

Expressed concerns that they also advertise on social media platforms with QR Codes and that the product advertised is not what I received.

I received my order in poor condition th cherry saplings are dead. I ordered 6 for 49.99. I try to email the company twice but no reply totally scammed. Pls don’t buy. This company is scammers. What they advertised is not same as what I ordered when recieved.

I was also sent two sticks, nothing like the images from their supposed reviews on the website. I have had no response to my emails complaining. Total scam

As Mr Mahmoods review . This is a scam . I received two dead twigs at a cost of £30 completely different from the healthy trees advertised. I have tried to contact them quoting the consumer rights act but to no avail . Do not buy from this site

The website nppcbk.com is a scammer. I purchased two cherry trees for £33/- on this website based on their TV & social media advertisement.
The product received is unqualified and totally different than what is shown in advertisement pictures as well as in order.
I rate the product received as negative star. This is a total mis-selling (cheating)/ Scam case.
I try to contact them through emails & whatsapp messages to refund my payment of £33/- but no reply or acknowledgment received from them. I want people should be careful while dealing with them on this website.
