Great. Fitted a new stopcock. Super easy and I appreciated the advice, plus how we could figure it out a bit on Whatsapp in advance.

We’ve used NP Works twice: an overfilling toilet cistern & leaking external waste pipe, which they needed to diagnose & was a fiddly repair. Highly recommend for prompt, efficient, well-priced service... Ver más
Nil did a fantastic job helping us out an emergency plumbing situation in Herne Hill. He sprung into action at short notice on a Saturday morning and sorted out the problem super quickly and effective... Ver más
Brilliant communication. Nil answers the phone, stays in touch and does what he says he’ll do. A rarity in this part of London. Workmanship excellent. He now has a permanent place in our address book.... Ver más

Excellent work and brilliant service
The communication and work done were both excellent. Kept informed regularly about when he was coming, what was needed, etc. Very clear quote for the work and stuck exactly to the price. The work itself was of very high quality, efficiently done and they were very tidy. I would 100% recommend their services and will definitely use them for any future plumbing work. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent, great company
We had a really dodgy old fashioned washing machine connection that was leaking, they came whe they said they would, replaced with an up to date valve, didn’t take a liberty with the price at all. They were quick, clean and polite.

I had a great experience with Nilesh
I had a great experience with Nilesh. He managed to fit me in for an urgent repair, advised what was the best approach for the fix, carried out the work quickly and tidily and then followed up a week later to check that everything was still ok.
