I had contacted this company last summer to provide an estimate for a driveway/walkway replacement project. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford to do it at that time but I really liked the guy who came out and was intending to call them again this year to complete it. In the meantime, we had water damage in our basement that needed repair as well as a painting project so I called them again. In response, I received a text that said "I saw your message. We no longer do free estimates. If you need to understand the cost of water damage, you should go to a website called homewyse...it will give you a range of low and high costs. It all depends if you want to work with Quality Companies or if you do not and you're strictly price shopping you can choose the low range." Needless to say, I will not be contacting them in the spring about my driveway/walkway or in the future about anything else.

Edited to add: I posted this same experience on another site and subsequently received a long text and a private message from the owner stating that I had 24 hours to remove it or I would hear from their attorneys for "slandering" them. I am glad I did not trust my property to this company.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I asked for an estimate and when I received the estimate -it was too high. I had received several others at a much lower price. When I declined to use them- the owner was offensive and rude- and incredibly insulting.
The owner basically belittled me for obtaining several estimates for the work I needed to be done. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn't "afford" them and that she would never work with people who could not afford them. She was snobby and highly offensive.
NOT good people, and NOT good business protocol.
