We engaged with NSUK to conduct Asbestos survey for our scheduled upcoming extension and renovation. This company sent a surveyor who did not take any sample but when we requested what would be the next step - he lied to us and said we will examine the sample and will produce report in 10 days. He spent 4 hours for 30+ bedrooms property. The report was produced which was incomplete and claimed that no asbestos found at the property. Our principle designer was not happy with the report and when he inspected the building there was no trace of sample taken. We then engaged with another company and they spent 2 days and found asbestos in area where NSUK surveyor could have founded if he bothered to conduct the survey professionally. Since Asbestos survey is for H&S, I would strongly recommend not to trust this company.
