Being away from town for Father's Day
Being away from town for Father's Day, I ordered a meal for my Dad. He was thrilled, describing the food as nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were in perfect harmony, the presentation was stunning, and everything was cooked flawlessly. It’s something everyone should experience. He loved it. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, truly unparalleled. Kudos to the team!

Best Ghanian food and service
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ntriwaa Catering, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This amazing family business brought Ghana to our event in the most heart-warming and authentic way.
The food was nothing short of incredible – vibrant, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Throughout the evening our guests continuously complimented the dishes, with many going out of their way to tell us how much they loved it.
What really stood out was their ability to adapt to our immersive (and not so simple!) event setup with ease and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, and they embraced the challenge with warmth and creativity.
Anna is truly a force of nature – passionate, dedicated, and an absolute joy to work with. If you’re looking for authentic Ghanaian food served with heart, soul, and impeccable service, look no further than Ntriwaa Catering. They made our event unforgettable.

Disappointing 😞, dishonest and misleading experience...
Should the smell of mothballs as you enter have been an omen🤔 ...
Or the increased price as they saw me making a purchase with the people who they share the premises...
Dishonest people who from the menu and attitude show that Maths is not their strong point but who are ready to hike up the price like I was a JJC...
A jump from £15 when I entered to
£20 is shocking 😲
When I pointed out their menu even says £3 discount for £20 spent
They claimed to have given me the option of a freebie worth £1.03 to having a £3 discount😟 whatever 🤨
Maths is definitely not their strong point... Same menu says, Bofrot/puff-puff: 3 for £1.60 = 53p/1
6 for £6 = £1 each🙄 .
They gave me 2 in tiny box which tasted awful 😖. They said it was orange extract 🤢...more like moftballs. Maybe the foxes might approve😌

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your visit to Ntriwaa Catering did not leave you with the positive impression we always aim for, especially as it was your birthday. We would like to share our side of events so that future customers can have the full picture.
When you visited us 30 minutes before closing with a Too Good To Go voucher, our store manager explained that we had recently left the platform, so the voucher could no longer be used. To make up for this, we offered you £3 off your order as a walk-in customer.
You asked us to “put something together” for your celebration, so we freshly prepared:
A 750ml container of Palaver Sauce with chunky beef and extra peppers, just as you requested.
A 650ml bowl of freshly boiled yams and plantain to accompany it.
As a small gesture for your birthday, we also added two complimentary puff-puffs — not as a replacement for the discount, but as something extra from us. Your total came to £20, which was agreed before payment.
Later, you returned asking to swap the puff-puffs for a drink, but because the puff-puffs had already left the premises, we were unable to exchange them due to health and safety guidelines. We explained this at the time.
We’re genuinely saddened that after preparing a fresh, customised meal and adding complimentary items, you still left feeling unhappy. At Ntriwaa Catering, we value transparency, fairness, and quality in both our food and our service — and we never increase prices based on the customer.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we wish you the very best in your future dining experiences.

Book Ntriwaa Catering for your wedding - Perfect team!
We booked Ntriwaa Catering for our wedding in SE London. We found Ntriwaa Catering through Google and contacted them via their online form. Agnes was quick to respond outlining the different packages they offered and adapting to suit our needs. Communication was very clear making the booking process very easy. We met with Agnes for a tasting session, where we discussed any allergens of our guests and adjusted dishes to suit our taste. On the day Agnes and the team were amazing, they created a personalised banner for us, and ensured all food was ready for our guests arrival. The top table were served at the table and the rest of the guests went up to collect their food. The food was delicious and we received many complaints from our guests, with many not having tried Ghanaian food before. The team also boxed up leftovers to be taken home by guests so ensured no food was wasted. Overall we had the perfect experience with Agnes and the rest of the Ntriwaa Catering team and can't thank them enough for helping make our day so memorable!

Ntriwaacatering we're absolutely…
Ntriwaacatering we're absolutely amazing. They had curated a bespoke menu for my mum's wake and we discussed beforehand what I would need and budget etc. They also did a great job with the delivery on the day. Their food was absolutely delicious, none was left! I had a lot of non Ghanaians attend as my mum was mixed race and they absolutely loved the food. I would 100% recommend.
