Quick and transparent
As a client, the process and the requirements are laid out in a clear and logical way. All interactions (e.g. after a document upload) were nearly immediate, and if there was a problem, then the problem was written out clearly. The experience from the broker and solicitor side was also very good.

So many aspects, the portal, the responsiveness, the speed of approval to name a few.
