NuansPro Corporate Registry Canada Inc. is a Canadian company Specializing in all-encompassing business registration and incorporation services across Canada. As a authorized member of Corporations Canada, Nuans Canada, Ontario Business Registry (OBR) portal and other Canadian provincial corporate registry systems, it provides comprehensive incorporation packages at competitive prices that encompass a Name Search Report (NUANS Report) and approval for the Corporation's name. NuansPro is equipped with an in-house legal team and corporate lawyers who prepare articles of incorporation (both standard and customized versions), corporation by-laws, minutes, and all additional legal paperwork needed by the corporation. Following the preparation of all necessary legal documents, they are promptly registered in the government corporate registry system. Certificate, article, and minute book of the corporation are then delivered via email. These documents are ample to establish a bank account. The corporation's physical documents are subsequently dispatched to your address via expedited Canada Post. Alongside corporation registration, Incorp Pro™ also provides other governmental filing services such as setting up the Canada Revenue Agency Business Number. Don’t go with this company!
I sent them $150. They Didn’t do any work that I needed them to do. And because I had a terrible experience with them. I wrote a poor review. (All truthful statements)
Then they proceeded to say they won’t return my money until I remove my review. I never received any money from them. I should have a right to tell people my experience with this company.
It’s been almost 8 months now and still no money returned and I never used any of their services.
Please do yourself a favour and don’t go with this company for your business needs!

It is our company policy to issue refunds to the original email address from which the payment was made to prevent any potential fraudulent activity. Also, we agreed to send the refund to a different email address with the condition that you provide a written consent stating that.
Regarding the delays in notifying you about your existing Master Business License and processing the refund, this was an oversight on our part, and we take full responsibility. We also apologize for the miscommunication and any frustration caused by our request regarding the review. We fully respect your right to share your experience and never intend to make anyone feel pressured.
As for our Non-Disparagement Agreement, it is designed to ensure a fair and balanced outcome for both parties, fostering mutual respect while addressing concerns. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes.
If you reconsider pursuing your refund, we are still more than happy to assist. Again, we apologize for your negative experience and will take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your understanding.
