Highly recommended, great experience
I had trouble getting the correct batteries for a doorbell camera device. Ollie went above and beyond to help me get the right ones and made it so easy to get sorted. Such incredible customer service you just don't normally get. Thank you! Highly recommended

I had a problem with one battery
I had a problem with one battery, out of five I purchased. After emailing the company explaing the problem (and providing photographs) I had responses from Ollie within a couple of hours. I'm extremely satisfied that it was a one-off problem and he explained that their own investigation had identified the reason for the failure, would send me a replacement (it arrived first class post the next day), and put procedures in place to prevent it happening to other customers (even though that was very unlikely to happen). Excellent customer service. I'll be using them again next time I need some batteries and would certainly recommend them to others

Top notch batteries, and excellent service
Nubattery are by far, the best battery retailers on the market. Their batteries are always fresh, and hold their capacity, and they are always delivered quickly, and without any fuss. I would highly recommend Nubattery to anyone. There are too many bad actors these days, but Nubattery are the best! Keep up the good work, guys!
