I’m a first time customer and love love the underwear buying three sets. However after one/two wear of one of the bralettes bad bobbling was very noticeable (at this point it hadn’t been washed.) The bralette looks to be years old not a few days old! I contacted customer service via email for advice with no response- i’m very disappointed with the level of customer service for a company striving itself for social media presence. Customer service is invaluable so I’m hoping if Nudea you see this it will prompt a response to me. Many thanks Lauren

I have now purchased from this brand about 5 times. My wardrobe is full of their pyjamas and underwear. I am incredibly happy with the quality of all their products. My body has gone through an ordeal after delivering my baby through a c-section and I basically live in their organic cotton pyjamas and high-waisted briefs. I would totally recommend this brand.

Awful fitting bras. Cups are too small and they have no support whatsoever. I’m a 36 G and this company has no idea on fitting or support for the bigger lady.

Terrible customer service! So hard to make contact with anyone for help on rewards I have but can’t log onto their site to use them.
Totally put me off spending any money with this brand.
They’re active on Insta but no one replies, ignored on Facebook and I’ve emailed and been ignored.

Just received my order super quick and efficient delivery. I ordered a dress some briefs and several vest tops and I absolutely love all of them . The quality and fit is fantastic. Highly recommend

I needed to contact the company about a return, sent multiple emails and Instagram messages. They just ignored them all. Can't make the return now. Absolute joke

Edited to add: Yes, I've emailed that address with my query twice, and to another person called Iona You most certainly did not reply to these messages.

My second batch of sleepwear! absolute love the french navy. Got my sizes a little wrong but Stephanie has been absolutely amazing at sorting it all out for me. I have recommended that they possibly do another deeper color as I would love to have more. I literally have this all year round - great for menopause and against my skin as I am sensitive - highly recommend!

This is my second great comfy bra which is at a good price and customer service. I will definately use again.

I was new to the fit of this company's products and so ordered multiple sizes to try on at home. Firstly, the products are gorgeous - excellent quality, great fit, super comfortable and look great. Secondly, their remote fitting experts were SO helpful, quick and trusted and when I wanted to exchange a product they were so easy to deal with and happy to help (thanks Natalie). I've now got a new drawer of underwear and am a very happy customer!

Great all around. I love the eco feeling shipping packaging. I love that bra came with a wash bag and instructions! It’s a simple and useful detail, but no other bra company does that - and I’ve ordered from many online over Covid!

The lady who dealt with me on the telephone was really helpful as I was having difficulty getting the screen to accept my payment.
