I made a mistake with my order and Jess was a HUGE help! Lovely products as well.

I have ordered from this company previously and liked the idea of the earring charms and the products have been great but this time purchased a beaded necklace and matching bracelet. Unfortunately the necklace broke when I tried it on and I contacted them, was emailed a returns label, sent back the faulty and had a new improved necklace sent out less than a week later. Couldn’t fault the customer service and am so happy with the new items, that I have just done another cheeky little order of some more charms and a pair of earrings!

The website works well and the items are well photographed and look the same when they arrive ( a rarity these days!) - the quality is much better than I expected for such reasonable price, I bought my first earrings as a birthday present for a niece, and I am now ordering for me! My investigation ( before buying) showed the company has a new owner in the last year - which seems to be a positive thing for Nue Hoops.

Due to the company going into liquidation, they stopped honouring their rewards points. In addition they are refusing to refund for items which loose their colour after a couple of wears. The charms are pretty but the quality is very poor as the gold tone ones loose their lustre immediately.
No point in buying, especially since their imminent closure their customer service is non existent.

Bought a couple of silver charms to fit my hoop earrings. Happened across their stall at Spirit of Christmas fair. Great experience and they let me try the charms on before purchase. Good value jewellery, nice range and very happy with my purchases. Will keep looking at the website.

Excellent customer service.
I had an issue with my parcel being delivered with UPS (no fault of Nue Hoops) my parcel was returned with no reasoning, contacted Nue Hoops about this and without hesitation sent me a new parcel straight away. Very happy with the service and with the quick resolution. Will definitely purchase again.

Having bought my wife a charm pendant for Valentines Day, I suddenly realised that she would need a miniature clip to connect it to the necklace I gave her at Christmas; (it’s surprising I had not learned this during our 49 years together). As advised by my daughter, I looked at Nue Hoops and was relieved to find they had exactly what was required. The ordering process was extremely easy, despatch acknowledged promptly and it arrived within a couple of days - well in advance of Valentines Day. Excellent service, for which I was very grateful.

Recently placed & received my 3rd order from Nue Hoops. Each time: placing the order has been straightforward & hassle-free. The images & descriptions on the website are excellent. The orders have arrived very quickly (despite Royal Mail strike action etc) & are beautifully packaged - you can choose between eco-friendly & a more luxurious option which is excellent if you’re purchasing gifts etc. The earrings themselves are beautiful, easy to put together & wear (I have arthritic fingers and occasionally struggle with “fiddly” tasks) and they look lovely. I’m also really pleased with the jewellery wallet I purchased recently, the quality is excellent & it will help me keep my earrings safely & tidily. All in all it’s a big thumbs up from me.

I bought three pairs of hoops from Nue recently, the eco packaging was great, still looked smart but was pleasing to know there isn’t waste. The hoops are beautiful, the sizes all compliment each other, although I was worried the Mini hoops looked too small, they’re perfect. Delivery was quick, the purchasing process was quick and easy and I took full advantage of their sale, so am thoroughly chuffed with my purchases!

I ordered a pair of hoops with four charms: I love the elegant but still low waste packaging they came in, and the earrings and charms are of amazing quality!
I do have a nickel allergy, and the only earrings I can wear are those made of sliver/any type of gold, however, I have been wearing them ever since I got them (a full month has passed now) and they caused no irritation.
I cannot wait to buy new charms and gift their earrings to my friends and family!
