Number Six Opiniones

Has anyone tried to return anything to number six , there is no order number on my item so I can’t create a return, phone numbers don’t work and I have emailed several times with no response. I hope someone gets back to me as I have lost a lot of money.

Very touched to receive a hand written note with my purchase made my day 😁

The best customer service I’ve ever had. The quality of the clothes are really good and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be using this shop again!!

I was a bit scared to order as a lot of the last reviews were quite bad and talked a lot about the company being a scam, however I ordered a Carhartt wallet on Friday, received an e-mail confirming my purchase immediately after and got it in the mail today in perfect condition.

Complete scam, i purchased a weekend bag which according to royal mail was returned to the sender because they did not put my correct address. I have made repeated attempts to contact them via email and whatsapp but they do not respond and the phone number doesn't work!

Great customer service, appreciated the personal note and fast delivery!

Excellent service
Fast delivery
Item was far cheaper than I had found in shops

Placed an order and a week has passed without it being shipped, despite the website stating any orders placed before 3pm will be shipped next day. No response to emails since then and phone number does not work. Feels like a complete scam.

Missing half of my order. I have tried emailing several times, called half a dozen, tried their website contact form and reached out on social media but no response.

It has been over a month now and I’m having to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Scam merchants. Bought a pair of trainers that never arrived, and the Royal Mail tracking never progressed. No reply to email, phone or WhatsApp. Avoid at all costs.

arrived really quickly, great product as described and will be coming back.

Great service, arrived fast!

I ordered a Columbia Fleece and Columbia Down Jacket this week. Only the fleece arrived and the parcel wasn’t even big enough for both.
The invoice included both items but only the fleece arrived… Have contacted them on Facebook and email with no response.
Phone number rings out and the WhatsApp doesn’t work. £95 for a down jacket that didn’t arrive….
My friend lives near the ‘store’ in London and drove to ask for my jacket. Turns out it was a storage facility and not a shop.

Avoid if you don’t want scammed.

Buying jeans is not straight forward when you have big thighs and long legs. There was a good choice, the sizing guide was first class and the fit was perfect. What more can I say! Thanks Team

Easy to order, quick delivery, great service.

Love this shop so much!

Bought a Folk fleece and a blanket that I’m in love with. Super fast delivery and a very happy customer :))

Purchased from here for my boyfriend’s birthday and he loves everything! Arrived quickly too!

Superb shop! Really great products, with service to match. Ive shopped with Number Six for years and they never let you down.

Love this shop, have been buying from here for some time now and always have great service. Nothing is ever a bother helping out on sizes and stock availability. Delivery is spot on and purchases always packaged well, highly recommend!
