This is really the only mattress babies should be sleeping on. I don’t know why this is not in every baby store across Australia. By far the best design and the purchase process was quick and easy.

The mattress should come pre assembled. The first one I ordered did. Spending 30 minutes assembling something as simple as a child’s mattress seems unfair on the client.

Our original order was forgotten, we placed it on 25/1, it stated it would be 7 to 14 days for delivery. On 8th february i emailed asking where it was and received a reply on 13/1 saying they had made an error and were fixing it, they offered a free sheet.

It arrived quickly after that however the box was open at the top, the contents were partially assembled with the corner bits appearing marked. During assembly one of the corner pieces broke very easily leaving the aluminium edge exposed and the top not very tight. My wife said that it isnt safe for baby so i have requested to return it for a refund, i sent this email on 17/2 and have not heard back. I have also called but only got a recorded message. My problem is still unresolved

The mattress has been a tool to manage my little one’s eczema. With multiple known allergies (including dustmites), we now know that we have done what we can to minimise dustmites in the cot. It is also very breathable and reduces the chance of overheating which makes eczema (caused by other things such as food intolerances) worse.
I would recommend this mattress to any parent with a super sensitive baby.

The process to order the mattress was easy and straight forward. The delivery was quick. The video showing you how to put it together was easy to follow. I like the peace of mind knowing that my baby can breathe when laying face planted down on her stomach.

The actual mattress is great and I love the overall quality of it. However, assembly was quite difficult and the instructions were unclear and the video didn’t help. I ordered the mattress in the size recommended by my cot manufacturer and what the existing mattress was but the numu-roo Is slightly bigger therefor I had to really push it into the cot to fit. I don’t know if slightly sizing down will help but I am unable to use the drop side on my cot.

This mattress has saved us (my sleep in particular). My baby decided to sleep face planted into his mattress when he started rolling. Completely face down, not even a slight turn of the head. I came across the Numu-roo mattress on one of my late nights awake stressing about his breathing / carbon dioxide intake. I ordered it the next day and knowing it was five days away, it couldn’t come quick enough. Since receiving, it has been worth every last cent. I happily put my baby to sleep knowing that however he chooses to sleep, he is still getting enough oxygen into his lungs. We purchased two sheets as well, and glad we did as we wash them regularly and it’s always good to have a spare while one is drying. The customer service from Ronit was great. She was empathetic to my stressors and we found a way to ship the mattress even sooner.

I would buy this mattress ten times over for the peace of mind it has given us as a family. I’m now nervous to travel anywhere overnight without it.

Could not speak more highly of the customer service. When shipping was delayed due to Covid, emails were answered almost instantaneously with updates. When we thought the wrong size mattress had been sent, they came out to the house the next day to double check (it was the right size after all).

There was a tiny tear when it arrived but Ron and the team are amazing- fantastic customer service and a new piece is en-route. I can tell already that it’s going to be a great mattress. I will happily update the review when I have the replacement!

Where do I start.....

Product shipped three & a half weeks after purchasing. Product was not part of the range that had (longer delivery time). So according to their website would be delivered within 7 - 14 days.

Customer service was rude and unhelpful & don't bother trying to call them because they don't answer the phone every.

Would love to give a review on the product but we still don't have it......

I ordered 2 weeks ago but after a confirmation email haven't heard anything about when to expect delivery. Can't give a review on product quality obviously.

We are so happy we decided to buy our little ones first mattress with Numu Roo. After much research I decided to give it a go even though it was quite different then the norm. Our boy ended up being a tummy sleeper and knowing he can still breath comfortably in all positions has alliveated much stress. Everything is super easy to clean from the mattress to protectors to blanket. We will definitely be purchasing another when our next arrives!

Understand the design is different however the price is just so high relative to other high quality mattresses.

We've had a great experience dealing with Ron regarding our mattress as he is happy and patient to communicate with us to troubleshoot some things as a first-time user. The accessories we bought arrived quickly and we were able to use them with the mattress with no issues.

Great service and even deliveries my mattress to me! Ron was really helpful in working out the correct size mattress for my cot and was flexible in his dealings.
