Saw the ad on YouTube. Almost bought it so good job I googled it first! The story of student is BS and the thing doesn't work very well. It's a scam that has been going around under a few incarnations for the last few years. Just do your research before buying this junk!

Pressed a button to see the offer for three of these, it instantly bought them. I contacted customer services immediately to cancel the order, however, they had “already dispatched”. But it’s okay, I could return them within 30 days. Well it took longer than that for them to arrive. They are crap, cheaply made rubbish and definitely do nothing for the heat of your room. Don’t purchase, it’s a total rip off

Do not fall for it . There are cheaper and NOT FAKE versions coolers/ air cons on a market .
If not sure CHECK REVIEWS FIRST !!!! Please do not make same mistake as stupid me made . I know I won’t get my refund after very concerning virtual communication with non existent customer service member. BE AWARE NURA BREEZE IS A CON !

Nurabreeze cooler scam scam scam lies lies lies £60 or $81 ARE YOU MAD !!! these are 1/4 quarter price £15 or less on amazon etc etc. delivered.. They make claims COOLER CANNOT ACHIEVE full og lying reveiws terrible !

I ordered 2 mini portable coolers.
When the order and payment were taken the order had changed to 4 mini portable coolers which increased the price that I was originally going pay.
I contacted the company immediately but was told that the item was already packed and ready for delivery.
Please don’t trust this company as it’s obviously trying to make money by increasing the amount ordered and then saying it can’t be cancelled.

Nurabreeze are claiming in their most recent ads (May ‘25) that their founder discovered this technique of air cooling. A previous ad a couple of years ago by another company (maybe Airabreeze?) claimed exactly the same thing. Neither Which? nor the Telegraph recognise either of these companies, but surely they would, if these guys created the first ones out there? A quick Google search will show up lots of branded air coolers, proving that this is nothing new. Personally, I wouldn’t buy either of these ‘brands’. They’re just hoping to get money from people who haven’t come across this idea before, i.e. the most vulnerable.
