Ordered the Alarm Mat as my Mother has Alzheimer's, it arrived quickly and well packages and was already setup so I just had to put the battery in (supplied), and position it next to my Mothers bed. Great item.

I bought a pressure mat thinking was the ideal thing to alert my husband
when I got out of bed in the night. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item but Nurse Call Equipment got me to send it back for a full refund.

Ordered a Motion Sensor Pressure Mat for my disabled sister and it's great! Some of the instructions were missing but i sent an email and they responded quickly with the information i needed. Very impressed with Nurse Call Equipment!

we bought a pressure mat with watch as my wife has occasionally falls. They work brilliantly and are all I had hoped they would be. The watch alert is discrete and does not wake anyone else in the house. We thought the watch was faulty, it wasn't, it was my not reading the instructions properly. I emailed the company on a Sunday and got a reply on the same day and a replacement watch was despatched. Supurb service, I can't rate this company high enough2

Very friendly sales team, mat seems very well made
Having a father in law who is becoming prone to falls i was looking for something that could alert us to his movements. A google search highlighted several suppliers of alert systems.Not knowing much about these products or what would suit our use case i contacted a couple of the companies to see if they could offer any advice. Nurse Call Equipment, came back within an hour or so of me using their contact us form, and provided some information, and a callback if i required any further help. They called me back promptly and listened to my situation and were very understanding and recommended a product that would suit us as a family.
I purchased the mat with the wristwatch and have to say so far the quality of the product is very high. The mat was very simple to setup and the wristwatch was already paired out of the box for me, which was a nice touch.
Item was received next day so cant fault the delivery times as i choose upto 48 hour delivery
