Poor quality prayer mat. Appalling customer service that takes days to reply. No systematic refund procedure. Still waiting for replies to emails. Would not recommended.

Quality below average
The discount for signing up wasn't applied inspite of entering the code. They said they would refund it but hasn't been processed.
Additionally, the quality of the prayer mat purchased is quite bad. It's rough and most definitely not worth the price.
