The company did all they could to rectify my problem.
Very disappointed when I opened the castor oil pack. Incredibly poor finish - someone just hacked off a piece of material - didn’t measure it accurately either - way way over priced. What a shock! Won’t be shopping with you again, this was an appallingly low quality product grossly over priced.
I received a reply to this review apologising for the poor quality and confirming refund. This was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I hope the company does improve the standard as suggested in their response. Mostly I appreciate the swift customer service - thank you.

We are very sorry to hear that a piece that had not been measured properly had gone out. This is has been reported to the warehouse manager and they will investigate and apply any training needed.
