One of the items was out of stock might have been an idea to ask if if wanted anything different? Sent out the rest of order quickly but I had to chase for refund.
I had emails off three different people & another person replying to one of the chasing emails to get refunded

I done some research on the most competitively priced Huel and Nutristore beat the competition by a decent margin. It's my 2nd order now and the customer service is great and delivery time even better (received within 2-days). You also get points for ordering so there is another incentive. Definitely recommend!

Get at least one, sometimes two emails a day from nutristore and they have NO unsubscribe button. Have emailed them to take me off their call list to no avail! I am thoroughly fed up with them!!

I buy my Huel from here as they’re significantly cheaper than getting it direct from Huel. Super fast, reliable postage too and a good loyalty / reward system that works.

Great price fast delivery and fantastic products

A great company that provides a wide range of products from well known brands. I ordered 4.5kg bag of ONs Whey protein powder, which unfortunately arrived damaged, however the customer service was 10/10. They requested images and immediately replaced the order which arrived the next working day. Highly recommended, it is now my go to for sports nutrition.

Really good - delivery should have taken a week but arrived after 2 days - only negative was that the communication didn’t update so weren’t notified but someone was in to accept
