SCAM. I ordered a Nivio device, the web site charged my credit card with a simple click, more than 3 weeks already passed and they don't have any reference or shipping tracking number. This has characteristics to be an SCAM.

I ordered a manat sleep mask. It was not available anywhere else in Canada. I got free shipping on the mask and no customs!

Night one and already loving it. Stayed on the whole night, my alarm actually woke me up! Normally I am awake when it gets light out! Super comfy to wear, I can open my eyes and blink and I don't even feel the cover on my eyes. Than you so much!

Ordered before Christmas when website said it was available. Quickly I was informed it was not available and it would be available December 27th to ship unless something changed. Was asked if I wanted refund or to wait for 27th ship date. I said 27th was fine. Today is the 29th of December and no shipping confirmation nor any contact saying it is delayed further. Hopefully it is available for shipping soon.

I felt compelled to write this review because there aren’t too many reviews on Nvio which makes it difficult to buy from them if your scared of getting scammed (which I am and was until my order arrived). With that being said, they are indeed a legit company. They respond quickly to requests and shipping was quite fast. I purchased the Marley Turntable from them as a gift for my husband on Black Friday and got the best deal out there for this item. Very pleased with the service of Nvio and would recommend purchasing from them if they are carrying a product you’re interested in.

Shipping took about a week but once in the hands of the carrier, went super fast. Very well packaged! I had a tiny struggle with the website cuz i was browsing both the english and french versions at the same time, they dont have the same cart 😂

This mask is amazing! Worth the money. I am buying one for my friend who also enjoys using eye mask to sleep. I bought it for myself, however my 7 year old took it and has been using it. His (and mine) favourite piece of the mask is the detachable eye foam and the ear strap. It's great.

This website is really good. I bought a Marley headset for my husband. He use it for work and this is the only style and brand that works for him. I have search every store and website for it but I didn’t find anything for a year now. And finally we found it in NVIO. The shipping is fast and the price is reasonable. Thank you NVIO. I will definitely shop here for more gadgets in the future.

Grateful to have a Canadian distributor of the manta sleep mask so I didn't have to wait weeks for it to arrive from the US; also a better price than Amazon. Not great for side sleepers but I can live with a little bit of adjusting.
