We understand your concerns. However, throughout our conversation with you, we’ve assisted you at every step. We’d also like to clarify a few points that have already been communicated and are mentioned across the relevant pages on our website:

1. Exchange pickup charges: Exchanges are chargeable only for customers who choose to use our exchange pickup service, as logistics companies charge us for reverse pickups. We already provide a detailed size chart to help customers select the correct size, and charging for reverse logistics is in line with standard industry practice. As per our records, you were never charged for the pickup service.
2. Exchange availability and fabric variation: Exchanges are subject to the requested product and size being available in stock. In your case, the requested replacement was not in stock, but we still made arrangements to provide you with an alternative. As clearly mentioned on our product pages, shirt fabric patterns may vary slightly due to vendors having limited quantities of individual patterns. However, the fabric quality remains consistent, as we source from the same vendor and maintain the same quality standards.
3. Approval before dispatch: More importantly, we shared the replacement product with you before shipping it, and it was approved by you in the same conversation before we proceeded with the dispatch.

We are still more than willing to assist you. However, the concerns you’ve raised have either already been addressed and mutually agreed upon during our conversation, or are covered under the policies and product information available on our website.
